本文以MG环境下GEM公司发展战略的制定和实施为主题,回顾了 2010年
至2012年GEM公司制定博尔特战略的过程及战略实施的效果。
2010年有40支队伍参加了新一年的MG课程,GEM公司在经过三年的运营
由弱转强,取得了卓越的成绩。笔者希望通过本文,一方面回顾三年中战略分析、
战略制定、战略实施的过程;另一方面,能对今后参加MG课程的中国学员有所
帮助。另外,通过虚拟经营得出的经验,希望对真实的企业运营的管理者们有所
启迪。
本文共分为7大部分,第1章,是引言部分,主要对本文形成的背景、以及
本文研究的理论框架和主要内容进行简要的介绍。第2章,对本文所应用的战略
管理等相关理论进行阐述。第3章,对GEM公司的内外部战略环境进行分析,
包括宏观环境分析、行业环境分析以及企业内部条件分析。第4章,介绍GEM
公司2010-2012年发展战略的选择,包括战略目标、发展战略选择的依据以及战
略选择的结果——博尔特战略。第5章,介绍GEM公司2010-2012年发展战略
的实施情况,并简要的介绍了 GEM公司在战略实施阶段应用的决策支持模型。
第6章,介绍GEM公司2010-2012年发展战略的评价与调整。第7章,对本文
进行了总结,同时提出本人的对参与MG课程的个人体会,以及对MG课程的建
议。

Abstract
Establishment and Implement on Development Strategy of
GEM company under MG Environment
Abstract
With the main topic, the establishment and operation of development strategy in
GEM, INC. this thesis reviewed the effect of “Bolt” strategy construction and
operation.
In 2010, 40 teams joined the MG lesson, GEM, as one of them, also experienced
the 3 years operation, from the beginning profit low to the final profit much, got the
satisfied running results, by this thesis, review the strategy analysis, strategy
construction, strategy actions in 3 years,and hope it could be helpfiil to the China
MBA students who would like to join this MG lessons in future; then hope those
results from the virtual operation could enlighten the actual company operation.
Chapter 1 mainly introduces the background of this thesis and the theory frame
and contents used. Chapter 2,introduces the related theory on Strategy management
used. Chapter 3 analysis on GEM strategy environment, including the macro-economic,
industry and company internal capability. Chapter 4, introduce the GEM 2010-2012
development strategy, including target, development chosen theory and the Bolt
strategy. Chapter 5, introduce GEM 2010-2012 development strategy operation
running status, and briefly introduce the decision-making model .during the GEM
strategy operation running. Chapter 6, introduces GEM 2010-2012 development
strategy assessment and adjustment. Chapter 7, summary the whole thesis, meanwhile
gives some feelings and suggestions to MG lessons.
