企业生存和发展首先要解决的问题就是企业的资金,资金是企业存续的前提。不同

类型企业的主要资金来源是不同的,同一类型企业可选择的融资方式也是多种多样的。

市政类企业作为地方政府融资平台,融资方式基本相同,同时也是非常有特点的。企业

如何选择融资方式,一方面要考虑市场情况,而另一方面也与企业自身有着相当大的关

系。企业如何进行融资进行怎样的必要调整构造出合理的债务结构,巳经不仅仅是一个

理论问题,也是一个相当重要的现实问题。对研究企业债务结构问题得研究也就变得十

分有意义。

本文通过对大量相关文献进行分析研究,在前人的基础上,以相关理论为指导结合

实际案例对企业如何实现债务结构最优化进行认证分析,从多个角度对XZ工业区经发

公司债务结构进行研究。并且通过对国内其它相似的市政类企业债务结构进行比较,梳

理当前市政类企业债务科学化管理过程中普遍存在的问题,对这些问题进行分析研究,

找出相对应的解决方案。作者希望本文的分析验证能对提升我国国有市政类企业的债务

结构水平具有借鉴作用。

Research on the Optimization of Debt Structure of XZ Industrial Estate

Economic Development Corporation

Abstract

Capital is the most important factor of the survival and development of enterprises and it

is the key of enterprises persistence. The main capital of different types of companies is

different and even the same type of companies also have variform modes of financing. But

municipal enterprises act as the financing platforms of local government, the mode is

basically the same,but every enterprise also has its own characteristic. Which financing way

the enterprises will choose,it depend on the situation of the financial market and the

enterprise itself. Which way the enterprise should use and how to adjust the enterprise's

structure of debt into a reasonable way,these questions now are not only theoretical problems

but also an actual factor to the enterprises. All the point analysis on this debt financing of

municipal enterprises, from the debt structure stand, have a very important significance.

This paper starts from literatures review related to finance theories, using relevant

theories as a guide to analyze what an enterprise should do to achieve the optimization of

their debt, then, the author analyzes the debt structure of XZ Industrial Estate Economic

Development Corporation from different aspects; furthermore, through comparing with debt

structure of other similar municipal enterprises in domestic, carding current existed major

issues on debt scientific management of municipal enterprises; finally, some appropriate

solutions for those issues have been put forward to,hoping it could be a reference to upgrade

the general level of debt structure of state-owned municipal enterprises in China.
