摘要

绩效考核是现代企业绩效管理的一项重要的基本职能,越来越多的受到关注,

尽管在理论和实践方面都有了一定的发展,但许多企业在体系设计、建立和实施

的过程中还存在许多问题。特别是一些企业在绩效管理的过程中,没有从企业自

身的实际情况出发,更没有理解透彻绩效管理相关理论,盲目引进套用,导致绩

效管理失效。因此,从本企业的自身情况出发,建立高效的绩效考核体系,打造

企业的核心竞争力,对于我国的企业显得尤为重要。

本文共分五个部分。论文^先阐明本研究的背景、意义、内容和思路;接着

阐述了绩效考核相关理论;然后介绍XNNY有限公司组织绩效考核现状分析,以及

绩效管理存在问题;针对存在问题确定了新设计方案的原则和思路,对XNNY有限

公司组织绩效考核方案进行设计,为了确保方案有效实施应釆取保障措施。论文最

后对新设计绩效考核方案进行了评价,得出结论。本研究期望能对内蒙古地区同

类型的煤化工企业建立科学实用的绩效管理系统有一定的参考意义。

Abstract

As an essential function of modern business management,performance

management has been widely studied in theory and practice, but there are still many

problems in the system of designing, building and implementation of the process. In

particular, some enterprises do not depart from the actual situation of enterprises

themselves in the performance management process,and blindly introduce the existing

performance management program. But it did not play exploit performance

management’ s advantages to the full; as a result, they undermine the company's human

resource management system and harm the interests of the company as a whole. So it is

particularly important to our enterprises if they establish effective performance

management system based on the practical situation of enterprises and increase its

competitiveness.

This paper has been divided into five parts exclusive the preface and the

conclusion. The significance, background, content and the train of thought of the

research is firstly introduced, and then the summary of the related theories. Meanwhile,

the analysis of the present situation is focused on,including technological process,

organization structure and the existing problems. Then the author gives the new design.

At last, the details on how to implement this solution and the conclusion of the new

design is attached importance to. The purpose of this paper is to help provide certain

reference values for the similar companies which have experienced a rapid development

period in the establishment of scientific and practical performance management system.
