信息系统集成项目风险管理研究
中文摘要
论文首先对项目风险管理的理论和主要方法进行了分析,然后针对集成公司系统
集成项目,按照项目的特点制定工作分解结构(WBS),在工作分解结构的基础上分析
集成公司在系统集成项目中可能存在的风险。在前两步整体分析的基础上,第三步运
用概率后果风险评分矩阵以及AHP层次分析法釆用I、n两种方案对比分析的方法
对集成公司在进行系统集成项目过程中可能存在的风险因素进行了定性和定量分析。
通过分析,对集成公司系统集成项目中可能存在的风险进行了排序,发现集成公司近
年来对项目管理能力的提升虽然作了很多工作,然而一直以来,侧重于技术,特别是
应用开发部分的风险管理,但针对系统集成项目中的基础性硬件集成部分的风险管理,
缺少有效手段;再者当前集成公司在系统集成项目中将大部分风险管理精力及资源用
在了技术、特别是软件开发部分,而严重忽略了非技术因素在系统集成项目风险管理
中所占的重要比重,随着IT技术和市场的不断发展变化和集成公司的成长壮大,它
所承接的系统集成项目越来越复杂,技术与非技术因素两部分依赖性和相互影响性越
来越强,简单的技术风险管理已经不能适应大型系统集成项目的风险管理要求,集成
公司急待加强非技术因素风险管理的比重,这就要求集成公司及时调整公司资源的投.
入,在保持技术风险管理优势的前提下,加大对非技术因素的管理与控制。文中在最
后给出了针对分析出的主要风险因素建议应对策略。并在最后利用A软件公司一个成
功的风险管理项目对本文的分析进行了检验。

Study on the risk management of information system
integration project
ABSTRACT
The paper first has carried on the analysis to project risk management theory and the
main method, then in view of the system integration project of integration company
Software Engineering Co.,Ltd. (to hereafter refer to as integration company), according to
project characteristic formulation work decomposition structure (WBS), integration
company in the work decomposition structure's foundation the risk which possibly exists in
the system integration project. In the first two step overall analysis、foundation, third step
utilizes the expert interview law,the probability consequence risk grading matrix and the
analytic hierarchy process uses “ I and II ” Two plan contrastive analysis、method to
integration company to carry on the risk factor which in the system integration project
process possibly existed to carry on the quantitative analysis. Through the analysis, to
integration company the risk which in the system integration project possibly existed to carry
on sorting, discovered that integration company in recent years to project management
competence promotion, although has done many work, however since, has stressed on the
technology, specially software development part risk management, but aimed in the system
integration project the foundational hardware integration part risk management, lacked the
effective measure; Furthermore current reveals one's aspirations the software in the system
integration project used the majority of risk management energy and the resources when the
technology,specially the software development part, but has neglected the non-technical
factor seriously the important proportion which occupied in the system integration project
risk management, developed unceasingly along with the IT technology and the market
changes and integration company ’s growth strength, it continued the system integration
project was getting more and more complex, the technology was getting stronger and
stronger with the non-technical factor two parts of dependence and mutual influential, the
simple technological risks management already could not adapt the large-scale system
integration project risk management request, A integration company urgently needing to
strengthen the non-technical factor risk management the proportion, this requested
integration company prompt adjustment company resources the investment, at maintains the
technological risks management superiority under the premise, enlarges to the non-technical
factor management and the control. In the article has been giving finally in view of the main
risk factor suggestion dealing with strategy which analyzes. And was using finally reveals
one's aspirations a software successful risk management project to carry on the examination
to this article analysis.
