项目进度计划与控制是项目管理中的核心内容，项目管理的好坏直接关系到项目 的成败，同时，进度计划编排的合理性非常重要，能否按计划完工直接影响项目的投 资收益及建设单位的施工成本。施工进度按最佳工期施工，可以在合理的时间内使施 工企业产生更大的经济效益，使建设工程按计划工期交付使用，在预定的期限内尽早 的收回投资。 项目进度计划编制的方法有关键路径法及甘特图法,其中关键路径法可以更好地 反映出各工作之间的逻辑关系,本论文采用的进度计划编制方法为关键路径法。编制 进度计划首先要对项目的任务结构进行分解，确定工作内容及工作列表，然后找出关 键路径，对总工期进行估算，如果发现总工期不能满足进度要求，需要及时调整进行 工期优化，最终进度要满足工期要求。 本文拟利用动态学的观点，通过进度动态控制原理，对项目全生命周期管理过程 进行分析、概括、整理并总结出科学的理论，论文第一章主要阐述项目管理、项目施 工组织设计的概念，第二章主要阐述进度计划控制的原理、动态控制方法、进度控制 的意义，第三章主要阐述咸宁开发区项目现状，第四章主要是根据工程进度管理实际 案例，阐述进度计划体系的组成，进度计划的编制原则，分析可能影响进度计划的主 要因素及风险源，最终确定进度计划。第五章主要根据实际案例阐述进度控制的动态 管理方法，包括项目中产生进度偏差的原因，如何通过工具及方法来进行纠偏，施工 进度计划的调整等。 关键字：项目进度计划与控制；目标进度；实际进度；偏差；动态管理。 II Abstract Projectscheduleplanningandcontrolisthecorecontentofprojectmanagement.The qualityofprojectmanagementisdirectlyrelatedtothesuccessorfailureoftheproject.At thesametime,therationalityofconstructionplanarrangementisveryimportant.Whether itcanbecompletedaccordingtoplandirectlyaffectstheinvestmentincomeoftheproject andtheconstructioncostoftheconstructionunit.Theconstructionscheduleaccordingto thebestconstructionperiod,canmaketheconstructionenterpriseproducemoreeconomic benefitswithinareasonabletime,sothattheplannedconstructionperiodofthe constructionprojectwillbedeliveredandused,andtheinvestmentwillberecoveredas earlyaspossiblewithinthescheduledtimelimit. Themethodoftheprojectschedulepreparationincludesthekeypathmethodandthe Ganttmapmethod,amongwhichthekeypathmethodcanbetterreflectthelogical relationshipbetweenthevarioustasks.Theprogressplanpreparationmethodadoptedin thispaperisthekeypathmethod.Thepreparationoftheprogressplanmustfirst decomposethetaskstructureoftheproject,determinetheworkcontentandworklist,then findoutthekeypath,andestimatethetotalduration.Ifthetotaldurationcannotmeetthe progressrequirements,itisnecessarytoadjusttheconstructionperiodoptimizationina timelymanner.Thefinalschedulemustmeettherequirementsoftheduration.
