摘 要
随着信息技术和现代科技的不断进步,企业的影响范围日趋扩大。

从一开始的仅仅关注于自身的发展到现在整条供应链上企业的协调合
作。供应链管理是备受现代企业重视的管理思想之一,对提高企业竞争
力具有重要的意义。企业个体之间的竞争逐渐变成了供应链之间的竞
争,提高整个供应链的效率对企业来说是获得竞争优势的必要途径。

新疆天山铀业公司以前的采购配送模式采用的是各个厂队各自采
购,内部配送的模式。采购计划很分散,无法形成规模化采购。在采购
和配送的过程中,各个厂队无法对信息和资源有效共享,造成了资源的
极大浪费,采购和配送效益低下。通过比较国内外采购配送模式,新疆
天山铀业公司选用了集中采购、统一配送的模式,具体对采购过程、结
算流程、监督体系重新进行了构建。构建新的采购配送模式对新疆天山
铀业公司产生了良好的经济效益,优化了企业的采购采购配送流程,有
力地增强了公司的竞争力。

本文介绍了新疆天山铀业公司采购配送模式发展的生成的背景,对
供应链采购、配送环节协同问题进行了探讨。应用了供应链管理、采购
管理理论、配送管理理论等相关的理论知识,探讨了新疆天山铀业公司
的供应链管理的现状与问题,比较了适应新疆天山铀业公司采购配送模
式的定位。通过对供应链中环节的重新审查,提出了现在采购配送模式
中存在的问题。在理论的基础上提出了构建新的采购模式,并且详细介
绍了新疆天山铀业公司构建新的采购模式所采取的一系列的措施,对过
去的采购模式过程与环节进行优化。

STUDIES OF THE PROCUREMENT AND DISTRIBUTION
PATTERN FOR XINJIANG TIANSHAN URANIUM
COMPANY
Abstract
With the development of modern science and technology, enterprises
are increasingly expanding their influence. They used to focus on their own
development, but today, they have to cooperate with all other enterprises on
the supply chain. Supply chain management is one of the important
approaches which has attracted much attention from modern enterprises.
Supply chain plays a great role in enhancing the competitiveness of
enterprises. The competition between individual enterprises gradually
evolved into competition between supply chains. Therefore, it is necessary to
improve the efficiency of the whole supply chain, and in this way, the
competitive strength can be obtained.
The previous procurement and distribution partern for Xinjiang Tianshan
Uranium Company used to be the independent purchasing and distribution
by each factory team. Purchasing plan was scattered, and it was not possible
to form a large-scale procurement. In the process of procurement and
distribution, each factory team could not share the information and resources
effectively, and this resulted in a waste of resources and low efficiency of
procurement and distribution. By comparing the domestic and international
procurement and distribution pattern, Xinjiang Tianshan Uranium Company
chose the pattern of centralized purchasing and unified distribution and
reconstructed the procurement process, the settlement process and the
supervision system. The new procurement and distribution pattern optimized
the company's procurement and distribution process, enhanced the
company's competitiveness and produced good economic benefit to the
company.
This dissertation thesis gives the background information of current
procurement and distribution pattern and discusses the coorperative
problems resulted from the supply procurement and distribution in Xinjiang
