本文从我国近几年全国、天津港和二公司散粮接卸量和未来几年粮食货源情

况入手,分析出我国散粮的进出口量逐年增加,已由传统的粮食出口国转变粮食

进口国,未来中国进口粮食量将持续增加,港口的作业量也将剧增。基于这一样

的一个背景,针对天津港二公司企业所具备的内部资源及发展战略,将企业散粮

接卸体系作业划分为卸船体系和疏运体系两个方面,对其所具备资源进行了系统

分析,找出了企业在散粮接卸过程中限制其效率不高的根本原因,如:设备老化、

库场资源与接卸量不匹配、作业工艺不丰富,管理水平创新不足等。最后,根据

分析出的原因,规划出其提升散粮接卸效率的策略,旨在提出优化与完善其设备

设施、工艺流程、管理方法等方面的意见,建立具有二公司企业特色的散粮装卸

专业化体系,以完善接卸与疏运体系,通过增加机械设备、增加仓容、引进新工

艺、创新管理方法等,对发展企业专业化道路,促进企业的持续稳定发展具有一

定的现实意义。大多数的研究学者只是研究如何在机械设备与工艺方法方面提升

散粮的机械效率,而本文是从散粮企业所具备的资源出发,完善作业生产组织方

式,在接卸系统的重视卸卸船与疏运,并望能探索出一条散粮接卸的标准。

ABSTRACT

This article from our country in recent years the national, Tianjin port and two

companies of bulk grain loading volume and the next few years food supply situation,

analysis of China!s grain import and export volume has increased year by year, has been

the traditional food exporter importer of grain, China import food volume will increase

continuously in the future, the amount of work the port will also increase. This as a

background, in view of the internal resources and development of Tianjin Port Company

two enterprises have, the bulk grain loading and unloading system operation is divided

into two aspects of slup unloading system and traffic system, the available resources to

carry on the system analysis, find out the root cause,enterprises in the bulk grain

loading and unloading process limit the efficiency is not high, such as: aging equipment,

library resources and unloading quantity does not match,operation process is not rich,

the management level of lack of innovation. Finally, according to the reasons analysis,

planning the promotion of bulk grain loading and unloading efficiency strategy, aims to

put forward opinions and improve its facilities, optimization of process flow,

management mettiods, set up with two corporate characteristics of bulk grain handling

specialized system, in order to improve the unloading and transport system, by

increasing the mechanical equipment, increase capacity, the introduction of new

technology, innovative management methods,to promote the development of the

professional road,has a certain practical significance to promote the sustainable and

stable development of enterprises. Most of the research scholars is study how to

improve the mechanical efficiency of bulk grain in machine and process method,and

this paper is available from the bulk grain enterprise resources, improve production

organization way, in the loading and unloading system attention unloads ship and

transportation, and hope to explore a bulk grain unloading standard.
