AC公司曾经是我国CRT行业的功勋企业,随着行业的急速衰落,公司进入主业转型
期,逐步从CRT行业退出,跨入了新的主业。公司沿用的原来较为成熟的设备管理方法
与公司新的主业对设备管理方面需求的矛盾逐渐显现出来:设备运行状况不受控,维护
维修费用居高不下,设备管理信息化程度跟不上形势发展的需要等。如何根据AC公司自
身的生存发展环境、设备状况、生产要求等实际情况,探索相适宜的设备管理模式和管
理手段,实现设备运行的高效率、低成本,达到综合经济效益的最优,成为AC公司设备
管理面临的突出问题。
笔者分析了国内外设备管理方面的理论发展情况,结合处在业务转型期的AC公司的
设备管理现状,来剖析AC公司这种大量采用专业设备的生产型企业在设备管理方面存在
的问题及成因,探求解决思路。突出设备管理中系统的思想和过程的思想,真正将设备
管理作为一个系统工程来考虑全过程,同时考虑到设备管理强调操作性的特点,将设备
管理者、使用者、设备的使用培训、设备相关方等统一纳入设备管理的范畴,建立以全
员生产维修为核心的设备综合管理模式,放眼设备全寿命周期的全过程管理。结合AC公
司自身特点,提出了AC公司设备综合管理模式的推进要点,突出设备前期管理的关键作
用,全面构建全员生产维修体制,优化备件管理程序,建立设备管理信息化平台。在这
个过程中,通过完善设备管理考核体系,做好组织保障,做好配套的人力资源和财务管
理工作,提升信息化管理水平等共同确保该管理模式的顺利推进。此外对转型期的维修
团队组建、维修技术传承进行了针对性的分析,以期不断提高AC公司的设备管理水平,
满足企业生存和发展的需要。

ABSTRACT
With the further development of China's market economy, enterprises are facing more and more fierce
market competition. Changes in the environment had forced enterprises to enhance management efficiency
for obtaining benefits and winning the competition advantage in the market. Equipment management is an
important part of enterprise system management, which directly influences the enterprise's market
competitiveness. Improving equipment management level of enterprises to meet the requirements of
enterprise development and market competition become the enterprise management especially
equipment managers’ need to study.
AC company was once famous enterprises of China's CRT industry, with the rapid decline
of industry, company went into industry transition and gradually withdraw from the CRT industry. The
contradiction that equipment management method is relatively mature and the company used the new
industry of equipment management aspect demand gradually emerged: the equipment running status is
not controlled, maintenance and repair costs, equipment management information cannot keep up with
the needs of the development of the situation. According to AC company's own survival and development,
combining environment, equipment, production requirements and the actual circumstances This
dissertation explore suitable equipment management mode and means of management, implementation of
equipment operation. Llow cost, high efficiency, optimal economic benefits has become a serious problem
facing the equipment management of AC company.
