本文对目前天津中小激光技术企业发展模式的不足进行了全面的分析，并以
天津中小激光技术企业规模经济发展新模式为轴线；以培育天津激光技术产业的
创造能力为基石；技术创新联盟、产业联盟式品牌营销、以创业孵化转化服务作
为发展的支柱；以区域创造创新文化区域、品牌创新作为发展的引领几个方面，
论述了天津市激光技术产业发展的前景和规模发展的新模式。论文对天津激光技
术产业的升级和规模化发展具有一定的指导作用。

ABSTRACT
Tianjin laser technology industry has more than 30 years history, and Tianjin
Institute of Laser Technology is one of the best research institutions in our country in
the last century. Particularly the technology development and applications of the oil
slotted screen laser cutting is walking in the forefront of the country, and it is to
promote the country. But the scale of Tianjin laser technology enterprise is small, and
there are still many disadvantages on economic development model. It is very
important to change development model of Tianjin small laser technology enterprise,
and it is very useful to pull the Three North regional economic development. This
dissertation studies the topic above and the theme has some theoretical significance
and practical value.
In this dissertation, the disadvantages of the current development models of
Tianjin small and medium laser technology enterprises have been comprehensive
analyzed. The dissertation has discussed the development prospects and the scale
Tianjin new models on the small and medium laser technology enterprises. The new
model of economic development Tianjin laser technology to small and medium scale
enterprises is the axis; nurturing creativity is the cornerstone; Technology Innovation
Alliance, brand marketing industry coalition and the serving incubator are the
guidance. Thesis has a guiding role to Tianjin laser technology industrial upgrading
and scale development.
