现代疏浚业发展至今，带来的直接变化是，世界深水航道和大型港口不断涌
现，大型深水船舶自由进出港口成为可能；沿海大型吹填造陆方兴未艾，海岸线
不断向外扩展。随着一轮又一轮大规模工程的相继完成，疏浚业面临着新的挑战。
港口航道建设趋于饱和，新兴市场开发乏力；海洋环境保护日益紧迫，疏浚方式
急需技术进步。
本文从中交集团疏浚板块近年来发展历程入手，探讨中国疏浚业在国内外两
个市场下，如何提构建核心竞争力。本文共分五章。第一章绪论，提出研究方向
与要解决的问题。第二章对企业核心竞争力相关理论进行吸收借鉴。第三章对中
交集团疏浚板块基本情况及环境进行分析。第四章就中交集团疏浚板块的竞争力
现状进行总结归纳。第五章展望未来发展提出中交集团疏浚板块构建核心竞争力
的对策。

Abstract
Dredge as an ancient and modern industries, recorded on rivers and oceans of
human society changes. Dredging industry in an important foundation in the national
economic construction. Limit of the protected land, large-scale land reclamation along
the coast became important way to raise port integrated functionality. Strategies for
development and openness of national culture were introduced and more dredging
enterprises to provide a broader market spaces.
Modern dredging industry now directly associated with change is that deep water
channels and large ports in the world are emerging, large deep water ships freedom of
movement possible; large coastal reclaimed land from the ascendant, coastline
continued outward expansion. With round completed another round of large-scale
engineering, dredging industry is facing new challenges. Port channel construction
begins to fill, weak development in emerging markets; increasing urgency of marine
environmental protection, dredging needed technical advances.
Dredging sector of the group in this article start with development in recent years,
under Chinese dredging industry in domestic and foreign markets, how to build the
core competitiveness. This article is divided into five chapters. Chapter I, introduction,
research direction and to address the issues raised. Chapter II of the enterprise's core
competitiveness theory to capture experience. Chapter III to the dredging sector of the
group analysis of the basic situation and environment. Dredging of the group in the
fourth chapter summarizing the current state of competitiveness of the sector. Fifth
chapter in looking to the future development of cross-plate construction of core
competence of group dredging.
