摘要

矿渣超细粉是一种较低价值但被广泛用于商品混凝土制造业的建筑材料。小

型企业因为资金有限,一般选择质量控制较难的球磨机设备进行矿渣超细粉生产。

使用球磨机生产稳定的、符合国家标准的产品,并产生投资盈利,具有较大的难

度与风险。

本文旨在利用小型民营企业现有资源,对其进行运营设计与优化,使原有的

工业废料和落后产能产生新价值,提高企业管理水平和获利能力,实现投资盈利

的企业价值和工业废料可持续循环利用的社会价值。

论文主体内容分为四大部分,将结合产业现状和作者自身创业经历,通过对

行业状况与公司运营现状的分析,从选址一生产过程对小型民营矿渣超细粉生产

企业的生产和供应链等诸多公司运营环节进行系统地设计与优化,包括运营环节

中对选址、设备投资、柔性产能设计,运营实施过程中对配方和工艺的改进、原

料采购管理、生产现场管理和客户管理。

DESIGN OF SMALL MANUFACTURING

ENTERPRISES OPERATING SUPERFINE SLAG POWDER

AND OPERATION OF RESEARCH

ABSTRACT

Slag ultra-fine powder is a major and low-value supply in large quantity to feed

commercial concrete business and cement industry as raw material. Making slag

ultra-fine powder by ball grinding processing is common by small-and-medixim-sized

business firms due to lacking fund for these companies. By adopting this processing,

quality control is facing big challenges and risks in terms of production smoothness,

quality stability. The significance of the paper is to provide successful experiences in

operations management in manufacturing slag ultra-fine powder.

This paper depicts a private-owned slag ultra-fine powder manufacturing firm and

its operations features in design and control aspects. The slag ultra-fine powder

manufacturing business is a promising green economy which converts waste material

from iron and steel industries and coal-burning power plants into useful raw material

supply for cement business and commercial concrete market with great interests both

commercially and academically.

This paper consists of four parts based on the creation and operations of the

Zhanhua Company in slag ultra-fine powder business. First,the paper begins with the

situation analyses of the industry and the company itself, followed by the design of the

company in terms of location decision, process selection and capacity design, and then a

number of critical facts associated to operations control are arranged including process

improvement, raw material procurement, production control as well as relationship with

dealers and customers. Finally, the conclusions of the thesis are conducted, along with

the issues preserved of further analyses in the future.
