II 论文题目：XY煤矿公司生产用地问题与对策研究 专业：工商管理 硕士生：贺爱平(签字) 导师：王小宁(签字) 摘要 千百年来，煤炭一直是人类普遍使用的一种主要能源，甚至可以说人类社会文明的 发展和进步都离不开煤炭的帮助。我国是煤炭使用大国，也是当今全球煤炭储量最大的 国家之一。与此同时，我国对煤炭的开发利用历史也较为久远，甚至可以追溯的几千年 之前。近年来，我国经济高速发展，工业化水平不断提高，而作为主要能源使用的煤炭， 在其中起到了难以替代的作用。而煤炭作为一项矿业资源，其开采过程中，进行开采作 业的煤矿公司对土地的需求较大，因此对其生产过程中的用地问题进行研究是十分必要 的。 与多数煤矿企业一样，XY煤矿公司生产用地在征地、使用、复垦及复垦后再利用 等环节也遇到了很多问题。为解决这些问题，本文对XY煤矿公司生产用地问题及解决 对策进行研究。首先，在论文研究的背景及意义基础上，采用文献研究法，对国内外煤 矿企业生产用地相关研究现状进行研究分析，提出本文主要研究内容，并在此基础上构 建论文研究的框架路线。其次，对煤矿公司生产用地的相关概念进行界定，并对论文研 究的理论基础进行整理。在此基础上，通过系统分析法对XY煤矿公司所在地的自然环 境、社会环境等基本信息，及其生产用地现状，并对当前其生产用地在征地、使用、复 垦及复垦后再利用等各个阶段存在的问题进行深入的分析。然后，采用PEST模型、波 特五力模型，对宏观环境、行业竞争环境进行分析。最后，基于XY煤矿公司生产用地 环节存在的问题，以及环境分析提出XY煤矿公司在征地、使用、复垦及复垦后再利用 等各个环节的优化策略。本论文的研究成果对XY煤矿公司的生产用地管理及生产用地 中的征地、使用、复垦及复垦后再利用等各个环节的问题解决有着积极的作用，同时也 有助于XY煤矿公司整体管理水平的提升和生产成本的控制，助力XY煤矿公司持续健 康发展。 关键词：煤矿管理；用地管理；征地管理；土地复垦 论文类型：应用研究 英文摘要 III Subject：ProblemsandCountermeasuresofProductionLandinXYCoalMine Company Speciality：MasterofBusinessAdministration Name：HeAiping(signature) Instructor：WangXiaoning(signature) ABSTRACT Forthousandsofyears,coalhasbeenakindofmainenergywidelyusedbyhuman beings.Itcanevenbesaidthatthedevelopmentandprogressofhumansocialcivilization cannotbeseparatedfromthehelpofcoal.Chinaisabigcoaluserandoneofthelargestcoal reservesintheworld.Atthesametime,China'sdevelopmentandutilizationofcoalhasalong history,evencanbetracedbackthousandsofyearsago.Inrecentyears,China'srapid economicdevelopment,thelevelofindustrializationcontinuestoimprove,andasthemain energyuseofcoal,whichplaysanirreplaceablerole.Asaminingresource,coalmining companiesneedmorelandintheminingprocess,soitisnecessarytostudythelanduseinthe productionprocess.
