摘要
在电子商务高速发展的今天,服装行业电子商务的发展更是引领潮流。作为
劳动密集型产业的中国,其劳动力成本优势正在逐渐衰弱。劳动密集型产地往东
南亚的转移成为全球品牌商选择的必然趋势
服装产业链中,加工贸易环节是整个链条附加值最低的环节,高于其附加值十
几倍甚至几十倍的利润都掌握在品牌商手中。作为以加工贸易为主营业务的服装
加工贸易企业D公司来说,釆用低成本战略是必选之战略。但是仅仅依靠低成本战
略,始终受到品牌商的剥削并非企业持续发展之道
本文通过对中国服装加工贸易行业的外部环境和D服装公司内部条件的分析,
帮助D服装公司总结自身优势与劣势,制定企业经营管理模式和产业结构升级之战
略,包括企业文化、组织构架的重建,产业结构的转变等。让企业顺应时代发展,
最终选择走自有品牌和电子商务的道路
希望通过对服装加工贸易企业D服装公司竞争战略的研究,为我国服装加工贸
易企业的产业结构转变提供借鉴与参考

英文摘要
ABSTRACT
In the rapid development of the e-commerce today,the development of the
e-commerce of the garment industry is leading the trend. As the labour-intensive
industries in China, its labour cost advantage is being gradually weakened. The place of
origin of the labour-intensive transfers to Southeast Asia is becoming the inevitable
trend of global brands.
In the apparel industry chain, the lowest link in the entire chain of added value of
processing is processing trading links, the brand business profit a dozen times or even
dozens of times above its value added in their hands. As D apparel processing trading
company with the main business of processing trading, using the low-cost strategy is
required. But simply relying on low-cost strategy is not the way of enterprise
sustainable development by always being exploited by brand business.
This paper on the strategic planning of the external environment of the apparel
processing trading industry of China and the internal conditions of D apparel processing
trading company, helped D company summing up its own advantages and disadvantages,
generating strategies of enterprise management mode and the upgrading of the industrial
structure, including the reconstruction of enterprise culture and organizational structure,
the transformation of industry structure and so on. Allowing enterprises to comply with
the time development, D company will choice the way of establishing its own brand and
the e-commerce.
I hope that the strategy research of D apparel processing trading company can
provide reference for the transformation of industrial structure of apparel processing
trading enterprises in china.
