型代表.介绍云内动力物流配送的建立、运行及改进方向。同时，结合云内动力
的管理实际.在物流配送相关理论知识的基础上，以企业中的工位为中心的配送
为研究对象，通过现行实际的操作及与理论基础的差距，以物流配送到工位对
于产品成本、生产效率、管理成本的影响.对于企业改进物流管理及物流规划，
全面提高综合竞争能力.具有很好的理论和实践意义。
