近几年,全球企业取得了空前的发展,产销量再创新高,市场需求呈现个性
化,多元化趋势。随着各类汽车技术的飞速发展,同时也为了顺应市场需求,各
大汽车制造企业纷纷加大了新车的研发力度,多种车型相继问世。
汽车模型对降低汽车企业风险,评估汽车外观及结构设计的合理性起到了关
键作用。面对中国汽车市场的空前爆发,诸多汽车模型企业应运而生,同时也推
动了该领域市场竞争的白热化,对汽车模型企业生存和发展提出了更高的要求。
为了满足行业发展的新需求及适应新的外部竞争环境;为了提升企业的核心竞争
力,建立可持续发展机制势在必行。如何抢先建立此种机制,采用科学的改进工
具作为行动的理论指导是非常重要的一环;在方法的选择上,TOC理论方法由于
其本身特有的简单、有效、独特、通用,兼容性好等诸多优点,而成为了不二之
选。
本文以椿华汽车技术有限公司为例,通过TOC理论方法对其开展提升有效产
出的研究,并制订出相应的持续改进方案。首先,通过检查表法对可能影响企业
有效产出的诸多因素进行逐一甄别;其次,采用AHP分析法衡量各个关键因素对
有效产出影响的大小,再次,建立层次分析模型来鉴别出当前真正的瓶颈所在,
同时结合提升品质、稳定物流、安全生产以及加强人员管理等措施在最大程度上
打破瓶颈的束缚;最后,基于TOC理论思想制定出椿华公司持续改进方案,运用
PDCA循环和全面质量管理加强方案的实施,使企业的有效产出得到稳步的提升。

Abstract
In recent years, the global enterprises have made an unprecedented development, production
and sales to new high, the market demand is personalized, diversified trend. Wiih the rapid
development of all kinds of automobile technology, at the same time in order to adapt to market
demand, the major automobile manufacturing enterprises have increased R&D efforts of new car,
a variety of models have been developed.
Car model to reduce the automobile enterprise risk, the appearance and structure design of
automobile rationality evaluation plays a key role in. In the face of unprecedented outbreak China
car market, many car model enterprises emerge as tiie times require, but also to promote the field
of the white hot market competition, put forward higher request to the automobile model of
enterprise survival and development. In order to meet the new demand for development of the
industry and adapt to the new competitive environment; in order to enhance the core
competitiveness of enterprises, be imperative to establish mechanisms for sustainable development.
How to establish the mechanism, the improvement of scientific tools as a theoretical guide for
action is a veiy important part; in the choice of methods, TOC method because of its own, unique,
simple,effective and general, many good compatibility, and become the best choice.
The ChunHua Automotive Technology Co” Ltd as an example, through the TOC theoiy
research methods to enhance the output of its, and formulate corresponding continuous
improvement pro^am. First of all, through the check list one by one to identify may affect the
effective output factors; secondly, using the AHP analysis method to measure the key factors affect
the size of the effective output, once again, to establish the AHP model to identify the real
bottleneck, combined with improving quality, stable, safe production and logistics personnel
management and other measures to break the shackles of the bottlenecks in the greatest degree;
finally, TOC theory developed ChunHua company continuous improvement scheme based on
applying PDCA circulation, and total quality management strengthening programme, the effective
production enterprises can increase steadily.
