软件产品研发是致力于系统集成的企业发展的强大动力,但随着企业的业务
的发展、产品种类增多、人员的扩张,使得企业内部的分工更细、更专业,各部
门各岗位之间的协作复杂度增加,协作管理难度也随之增加。在这种情况下,协
作管理的效率直接影响到企业产品的质量、销售,以及整个企业的发展。围绕着
软件产品研发,如何整合企业的各种资源提升协作管理水平,从而提升企业自身
的核心竞争力,是致力于系统集成的企业亟待解决的关键问题。
中电公司是集装置产品研发、软件产品研发、装置制造、系统集成为一身的
系统解决方案的提供商。随着公司规模的扩大、业务领域的扩张,软件产品研发
的协作管理跟不上发展的步伐,在开发测试、市场推广、售前支持、现场应用、
售后支持以及沟通协作上出现了各种问题。本论文通过搜集日常运作过程中遇到
的各种问题,分析总结发现问题的根源在协作管理流程不系统、组织结构不合理、
协作管理机制不完善、协作管理缺乏统一的信息系统支撑诸多方面。
本论文针对中电公司软件产品研发协作管理存在的问题,结合分工协作理
论、PACE理论及相关技术,进行深入分析,提出了分别从协作管理流程、组织
结构、协作管理机制、信息系统等几个方面的具体的优化方案。对中电公司软件
产品协作管理优化方案实施前的准备工作及具体步骤、实施重点和难点等问题进
行了分析并提出了对策。

ABSTRACT
Software product research and development is a powerful driving force for the development
of enterprise in system integration area. The collaborative management difficulty also increases
with the development of the enterprise business, product categories increased, expanding staff,
making 狂 finer division and more professional, increasing the complexity of collaboration between
various departments and positions. In this case, the efficiency of collaborative management
directly affects the product quality, sales,and the development of enterprise. How to integrate
various resources to enhance collaborative management level on software product research and
development, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, is the key issue to be
solved.
The collaboration management of software product research and development in CET is
studied in this paper. CET is a system solution provider with hardware product research and
development,software product research and development, device production,system integration.
With the expansion of the company and the expansion of business areas, the collaborative
management on software product research and development can't keep up with the pace of
development. Various problems arise in the development and testing, marketing, pre-sale support
on-site application, after-sale support and collaboration. By collecting the daily operations of the
various problems encountered in the process, this paper analyzes the root causes of the problem
which include no systematic collaborative management processes,irrational organizational
structure,inadequate collaborative management mechanisms, lack of unified collaborative
management information system.
With the theory of division and cooperation on labor,PACE theory and related technology,
the problem on collaborative management of software product research and development in CET
is analyzed. Optimization solution on the collaboration process, organization structure,
cooperation mechanism,information system is proposed. The solution on how to do the
implementation preparation on optimization solution and how to focus on the main and difficult
factors is proposed.
