创造性。团队建设能够加强信息资源共享,实现团队成员的技能互补,最大限度地发挥团队的
整体力量,能够把团队成员培养成相互信任的战友,把团队培养成一个团结的、无坚不摧的整
体。怎样打造一支卓越的团队,是每一位领导者应思考该的核心问题。一支优秀的团队需要先
进的理念来指导,需要过硬的本领来支撑,需要雷厉风行的作风来落实。只有拥有一支卓越的
团队,企业才能获得持续的发展保障,才能在残酷的市场竞争中乘风破浪,勇往直前,立于不
败之地。
神州数码数字城市研发中心交付团队正式成立于2013年1月,本文通过对团队建设相关
理论的研究与分析,并结合神州数码数字城市研发中心交付团队建设的现状,旨在找出交付团
队建设过程中存在的问题,并提出交付团队建设方案,达到提高团队成员个人能力、提高团队
整体绩效的目的。
本文首先对团队建设相关理论及国内外研究现状进行了阐述,其次介绍了神州数码数字城
市研发中心交付团队的基本情况及其团队建设的现状,接着结合利用问卷调查和访谈法获得的
信息,分析出了神州数码数字城市研发中心交付团队建设存在的问题,然后,在团队建设方案
设计的总体思路和原则的基础上提出了神州数码数字城市研发中心交付团队建设方案,最后介
绍了神州数码数字城市研发中心交付团队如何对团队建设方案进行实施与保障。

ABSTRACT
Today, internal and external environment to the survival of enterprises is more and more
complex,between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce market competition. Strengthening
enterprise team construction can improve the staffs personal ability,the staffs work enthusiasm, the
staffs team spirit,the overall performance of the team, and the core competitiveness of the team, and
accelerate the enterprise strategic target realization. Good team atmosphere can promote team
member's health of body and mind development, and give full play to the team member's enthusiasm
and creativity. Team building can strengthen information resources sharing, realize team members'
skills complement each other,maximize the overall strength of the team, train the team members to
trust each other, and train the team into a unity. How to build an excellent team is the core problem
that every leader should think about. A good team needs the guidance of the advanced concept, good
ability to support, alternative style to implement. Only having an excellent team, the enterprise
achieves sustainable development of the security, rides the waves in the cruel market competition,
and is in an impregnable position.
DigitalChina Sm@rtCity R&D Center delivery team was formally established in January 2013.
Through research and analysis of relevant theories of team construction, and combining with current
situation of the construction of DigitalChina Sm@rtCity R&D Center delivery team, this paper finds
out the problems existing in the process of delivery team construction,and puts forward delivery
team construction scheme. The aim of this paper is to improve team member's personal ability and
the overall performance of the delivery team.
In this paper,we first expound the related theory of team construction and research status at
home and abroad. Secondly we introduce the basic situation of DigitalChina Sm@rtCity R&D
Center delivery team and the current situation of the team construction. Thirdly combined with the
information gotten through questionnaire and interview method, we analyze problems existing in the
team building of DigitalChina Sm@rtCity R&D Center delivery team. Then in the overall plan and
principles of team building scheme, we put forward delivery team construction scheme. And finally
we introduce DigitalChina Sm@rtCity R&D Center delivery team how to implement and guarantee
team construction scheme.
