摘要
ERP起源于发达的西方国家,ERP是一个系统工程,投资巨大,引进周期长,国外
的大多数跨国企业集团及大多数中小型企业,都已经成功应用或正在实施ERP及相关
技术,普及率已高达80%以上。然而我国目前ERP项目应用完全失败的企业高达50%
本文以ACW集团为研宄对象,首先对ERP的概念、发展历程和ERP选型的国内外
研宄现状进行了介绍,接着对ACW集团的组织架构,所处行业和发展战略进行了介绍
和分析
其次对ACW集团ERP的需求分战略管理、业务管理和其它三个方面进行了分析,
提出并确认ACW集团对ERP功能的需求,然后对ACW的ERP选型过程进行介绍,主要
探讨了ERP的应用目标,然后运用层次分析法对ACW集团的ERP选型建立指标体系和
选型模型并进行评价,做出ERP的选型决策分析
最后总结ACW集团此次ERP选型的特点和成功的原因,并指出了本文的主要创新
点
ACW作为典型的欧洲企业,作为电子制造行业集团型企业的代表,通过对ACW集

ABSTRACT
ERP originate in the developed western countries, ERP is a system project,Need spend
a long time to introduce it and need a huge investment. Most foreign global multinational
companies and msyorily of medium and small-sized enterprises have been successfully
applied to ERP or in the implementation of ERP or the related technology. Popularization
rate has reached more than 80%. However, China's Current ERP project application
completely failed enterprises up to 50%.
This Paper take the ACW group as the research object, First concept the development
process of ERP and ERP selection of domestic and foreign research present situation are
introduced, then tiie ACW group organization structure, in which of industry and
development strategy are introduced and analyzed.
The ACW group ERP needs strategic management,business management and other
three aspects of the analysis, put forward and confirm the ACW group needs tixe function of
ERP, then the ERP selection process of ACW are introduced, mainly discusses the
application of the target ERP, and then use the analytic hierarchy process ERP on selection
of ACW group is established the index system and the selection model and evaluation, make
selection analysis of decision ERP.
Finally, summarize the characteristics of the ACW group of the ERP selection and the
reasons for success 5 and pointed out the main innovation of this report.
ACW as a typical European companies, as the representative of electronic
manufacturing industry enterprises,through the analysis and Study on selection of ACW
group ERP, has great practical value for the electronic selection of manufacturing enterprise,
