作为建筑施工企业利润来源的工程施工项目,越来越引起建筑施工企业的重视。如
何提高工程施工项目管理水平,做好每一个中标的项目,建立良好的社会声誉,从
而使自身的不断壮大,是每个建筑施工企业必须要解决的首要问题。因此,施工项
目精细化管理日益被施工企业所关注,大型建筑施工企业纷纷实施精细化管理,以
此提高项目的经济效益,提升企业的形象。国内多数专家学者也纷纷对工程施工项
目精细化管理进行了研究。
本文在系统分析工程施工项目管理理论和精细化管理理论的基础上,结合 DK
公司工程施工项目管理实际和作者自身的工程施工项目管理实践,构建了以“八项
目管理”和“三个阶段”为核心内容的 DK 公司工程施工项目精细化管理体系,并
阐述了体系实施的要点,提出了工程施工项目精细化管理考核评价的原则、形式、
方法和内容,并在 DK 公司进行了应用,取得了较好的效果。
本文构建的DK 公司施工项目精细化管理体系立足于标准化管理、持续改进和
全员参与的理念,强调了项目文化建设在施工项目管理中作用,具有一定的创新性;
提炼出了施工项目精细化管理的“八项管理”和“三个阶段”关键要素,涵盖了施工项
目管理的全方位和全过程,具有一定的科学性和普适性。DK 公司施工项目精细化
管理考核评价相关内容也比较全面、合理、实用。虽然本次研究的深度有待进一步
深入和细化,在理论和实践上还需进一步深入,但是,本次研究对施工项目管理具
有一定的实践指导意义。

Abstract
With changing the way of economic development in our country, the gradual
improvement of the level of urbanization and rising labor costs, competition in the
construction market will be increasing, the construction enterprises in vulgar
management will be unsustainable. As a construction project construction enterprises
source of profits, construction project has drawn increasing attention in construction
enterprises. How to improve construction project management level, build well every
one projects, establish a good social reputation, for its continuous growth, that each
construction enterprises must be addressed for the most important issue. Therefore,
the meticulous of construction project management are increasingly concerned and
implemented by the large-scale construction enterprise, in order to improve the
economic efficiency of the project and enhance the corporate image. Most domestic
experts and scholars have also been studied the meticulous of construction project
management.
Based on the systematic analysis of construction project management theory and
meticulous management theory, combined with the actual of construction project
management of DK Company and the practices of author, we building the meticulous
management system of construction project of DK Company. The core content of
this systems is “Eight Project Management”and “Three Stages”. In this paper we
described the implementation of the points of the system. To appraisal the
construction project meticulous management, we put forward the principles, forms,
methods, content. The system and assessment methods have been applied in DK
Company, and achieved good results.
The system of meticulous management of construction project of DK
Construction Company was based on the idea of the standardized management,
continuous improvement and full participation, emphasizing the role of cultural
projects in construction project management, have some innovative. These systems

process of construction and project management, with scientific and universal. The
appraisal content of the meticulous management of construction project of DK
company is comprehensive, reasonable and practical. Although the depth of this study
need further refinement, both in theory and practice need to be further in-depth, but
this study has some practical significance for construction project management.
