Abstract
With the accelerating continuously improve China's economic marketization and
modernization, industry competition is becoming more and more enhanced field. In the
excessive competition in the domestic market and state in the macro adjusting and optimizing
the economic structure, industrial structure, the development of enterprise space more and
more narrow, the conditions are ripe enterprises choose to set up factories overseas. However,
how to successfully set up factories have become an important issue whether the enterprise
internationalization.
Victory Precision company actively to rely on export occupation of overseas market, and
to establish a production base in developing countries to use another way their technical
characteristics, to carry out the processing and assembling business, not only to expand the
overseas market, and promote and expand the domestic equipment, technology, raw materials,
parts and components exports, and achieved good results in Poland.
In this paper, through the theory of investment management of enterprise
internationalization in the review and analysis, this research establishes the theoretical
foundation for the Victory Precision; the company set up factories in Poland, the motivation
of development opportunities, implementation steps and safeguards, entry mode and the
timing of management and business strategy, cross culture management on issues such as
analysis, trying to find out its successful experience and lessons for the other, going out to
set up factories in the enterprise reference.
