This paper selects DK Company, a global leader in the aluminum wheel industry and the founder of the Chinese aluminum wheel industry, as the research object, to analyze its case of building a lighthouse factory to achieve digital transformation, summarize its success, and provide reference for other manufacturing enterprises for digital transformation.
