Abstract
Strategy is company's soul, the strategy of enterprise development is the core
problem which must be solved by enterprise. In this paper, we take the Sichuan Haydn
Building Materials Corp as the research's object, studied the development strategy
problem in it's pioneering period combined the company's internal and external
environment, this aim to provide guidance and consultative opinion for Haydn's
development in pioneering period. First of all, we analysis Haydn's macro environment
and industry competitive environment with the PEST mode and five power mode
respectively, and analysis Haydn's internal environment from human resource
management, financial, technological research and development, production, marketing,
corporate culture, and build the SWOT analysis matrix based on it. Secondly, we
analysis and elaborate the overall strategy, competitive strategy and business model in
Haydn's pioneering period combined its corporate philosophy, values, strategic
positioning and objectives, then research the strategy implementation and security
system in Haydn's pioneering period. Last, we summary and refining the characteristics
and inspiration of Haydn's pioneering and development.
