摘 要
当时代进入21世纪以后,随着市场竞争的日益激烈,制造型企业在生产管理上
开始逐步认识到幵展精益生产管理的重要性,企业越来越关注生产过程的细节控制。
采用先进的信息技术实现和增强生产过程控制的有效管理是企业的重要手段之一,所
以制造型企业上马面向生产制造过程管理和物流过程的MES系统逐渐成为趋势。
在我们国家的企业界,对于MES系统的认识和应用还仅仅处于起步阶段,对于
如何构建使用MES系统,企业还没有丰富的经验,对于MES系统的核心理念、关键
技术和最新技术的融合方式还比较陌生。通过对我国企业现在己经实施的MES应用
情况的研宄可以看出,绝大多数企业都把精力放在了对于产品制造过程的管理上,而
忽略了从物料入库、产品制造到成品出库等全过程的物流执行管理。这种信息断层的
存在就会使企业决策者不能准确地掌握物料的准确数量和实时的变化信息,从而无法
做出准确的判断、决策和控制。
本文以现实中的XZ卷烟厂车间的MES系统实施项目为背景,阐述了 MES系统
主要实现的功能,并对其存在的物流管理方面的不足进行了分析,并提出了引入物流
执行的解决方案。以MES系统在车间物流环节的应用为主线,着重描述了在已建成
的MES系统功能中融合物流执行方案后,车间的物流执行部分(入厂物流、出厂物
流)中的应用及实现方式,还有企业如何使用新的RFID技术和无线移动处理技术管
理物流过程。这一新的联合模式将帮助车间管理层实时获取物流的精确信息,从而提
升车间的生产制造和出入库等物流管理的作业效率。
本文还介绍了 MES和物流执行系统的基本定义、发展历程与其主要功能模块,
同时还介绍了 RFID技术的基本概念,分析了企业MES改进后能获得的效益,在文
章的最后描述了系统实施后的效果。

Abstract
When time entered in twenty-first Century, with the increasingly fierce market
competition, manufacturing enterprises began to realize the importance of lean production
management in production management, enterprises pay more and more attention to the
details of the production process control. Through advanced information technology to
achieve the effective management of the production process control is one of important
means for enterprise MES system construction, so manufacturing enterprises in the
manufacturing process management has become a trend.
In our country's enterprises, for the understanding and application of MES system is
still only in its infancy, how to construct MES system, enterprises are still not rich
experience, for the key technology of the core idea, MES system and new technology
fusion methods are still relatively unfamiliar. From the MES application in China's
enterprises now have been implemented, most enterprises focus on product manufacturing
process management, while ignoring the material storage, product manufacturing to
Logistics Executive Management in the whole process of the finished product. From the
logistics point of view, between MES system and ERP system of enterprises, there are still
fault information. This information faults will cause the enterprise decision-makers can riot
accurately grasp the accurate quantity and change information in real time,which can not
make accurate judgment, decision and control. Aiming at the problems in the Logistics
Executive, researchers have proposed a solution called t.ES, namely logistics execution
system, its purpose is to help enterprise integration of MES system and ERP system is
better in enterprise logistics.
In this paper, the MES system of cigarette factory, workshop in the reality of
implementation of the project as the background, elaborated the MES system to achieve
the main function, and the deficiency of the present logistics management are analyzed,
and puts forward the solving scheme introduced by LES. The application of MES system
in workshop logistics as the main clue,focuses on the fusion of LES function in the MES
system which has been completed, the workshop logistics execution part (inbound logistics,
manufacturing logistics, the leaving factory logistics) application and realization method of
the enterprise, and how to use the new RFID technology and wireless technology
management logistics and production process. This new joint pattern will help the accurate
information to obtain real-time workshop management, logistics and production, so as to
enhance the production manufacturing and warehousing logistics management efficiency.
This paper also introduces the basic definition, the development of MES system and
its main function module, it also introduces the basic concept of RFID technology,
analyzed the enterprise MES improved to benefit, at the end of the article describes the
system implementation effect.
