摘要
供应商物料品质管理对企业经营发展的越来越重要,传统的企业手工记录的
品质追踪方法和电子档案〖己录的品质追踪方法已经无法满足企业对供应商管理的
要求。大部分企业已经建立了工场控制系统对产品生产状况进行记录和追踪,原
有的工场控制品质追踪系统在实际应用中存在有缺陷,无法通过供应商物料的生
产周期或者生产批号精确和及时的区分出受影响的产品范围,不能满足供应商物
料品质成本管理的需求。企业建立了 A]1 Parts Tracking信息处理系统平台,用
于对供应商提供的物料品质进行质量追踪、质量回溯机制,通过事后的反馈找出
质量缺陷问题所在,进而改进生产,提高产品质量。All Parts Tracking系统平

Abstract
Supplier quality management is more and more important in running and
developing enterprise, traditional manual quality record & tracking and spreadsheet
quality record & tracking could not meet enterprise request for supplier quality
management. Most enterprises had set up Shop Floor Control System to record and
tracking product status, existing Shop Floor Control System is not satisfied for
application, it could not exact and timely to distinguish the defect goods base on the
date code or lot code of supplier material, and not meet the request of supplier quality
cost management. Enterprise set up All Parts Tracking System, it can be used on
tracking supplier material quality,and quality backtracking mechanism, through the
feedback to find out quality defect root cause, then corrective action for production,
improve product quality. All Parts Tracking System can help enterprise to do effective
supplier quality management, down the cost of supplier quality issue. Through All Parts
Tracking System, enterprise can achieve management strategy for supplier quality cost.
