争议案件迅速增多,随着新用户的不断拓展,管道施工合同纠纷越来越多,用户
拖欠燃气款额度不断增加。结果企业的利润率不断降低,企业的综合竞争力不断
下降。企业的法律风险管理水平已经不能适应企业的发展需求了。综合分析发现,
企业的法律风险管理仍然处于事务型管理模式阶段,没有进入控制型管理模式阶
段。因此有必要对济南港华燃气有限公司的法律风险管理进行系统研究。

港华燃气的法律风险管理研究过程由四部分组成,明确法律风险环境信息、
法律风险评估、法律风险应对、监督与检查。其中法律风险评估包括法律风险识
别、法律风险分析、法律风险评价三个步骤。通过识别、分析、评价,确定燃气
管道施工合同是公司需要重点应对的风险。针对公司对该类风险没有审查,没有
