本文力图运用管理学等基础理论,通过对新港船厂的外部环境和内部
条件的分析,运用对比的手法,阐述新老工艺流程的差别,现代工艺流程
再造的必要性以及企业生产流程再造过程中如何优化配置现有生产设施
和条件。通过实船模拟,为新港船厂设计出新的工艺流程,并运用现代船
厂的评估方法对新的工艺流程实施后的工厂状况进行了评估,以证实新的
工艺流程再造体系具有较高的使用价值
对于制造行业的工艺流程再造,尤其是船舶制造,国内的专业文献中
有许多的研究成果。但是对于这样一个有几十年历史,特别是场地狭小,
设施现代化程度不高,工艺流程苏联模式的老厂进行的现代造船工艺流程
再造换的研究和探讨,尚没有一个完整的论述,希望我的研究能够为老船
厂的工艺流程再造提供操作性强的实施方案
论文从理论分析到现实问题,再到对策和建议,加之新流程的策划和
模拟,反映了本人对老船厂工艺流程再造的一些浅显看法。目前,世界范
围内热衷于对先进的生产模式和流程再造的研究和探讨,各种新技术支撑
下的新思想,新方法不断出现。针对我们的国情和工厂的实际情况,有选
择地学习和运用这些新的技术,提高我们企业现代化水平和管理水平,是
增强企业综合能力的捷径,也是我今后在工作过程中继续研究的重点

ABSTRACT
The article, by analyzing external environment and internal conditions of Xingang
Shipyard, applies basic theory of management and antitheses to expositions of
differences between old and new production flow and the necessity of reconstruction of
production flow, as well as how to optimize existing facility and conditions in the
process of reconstruction of production flow. In addition, the article, through a real ship
simulation, works out a new technological process for Xingang Shipyard, and proves that
the new technological process has a high use value by evaluating status of the shipyard
after using the new process.
There have been great achievements in research of reconstruction of manufacturing
production flow, especially shipbuilding industry in many domestic professional
literatures. But there is yet not a full exposition of reconstruction of production flow of
the shipyard that has a history of decades, a narrow field and a backward production flow.
I hope my research will provide the old shipyard a scheme that can be operated in its
reconstruction of production flow.
At present, there is a great upsurge in research of advanced production flow and
reconstruction of production flow. New thoughts and methods based on new technology
appear constantly. It is a shortcut for us to improve integration capability of enterprise
by learning and using these thoughts and methods in accordance with situation of our
country and reality of shipyard. This is also a focal point that will be studied in my work
in the future.
