本文根据国内外城市规划管理的研究现状,利用城市规划管理相关理论,针对珠
海城市规划对珠海经济发展的影响,分析珠海规划管理的现状、存在问题,通过对比
和借鉴国内外城市规划管理,从珠海城市规划管理体制、城市规划编制管理、城市规
划实施管理和城市建设等方面提出优化对策。
本文共分为六部分,第一,通过国内外文献研究,了解了发达国家及地区在城市
规划管理方面的相关政策、经验及方法,再对现有研究成果进行梳理和分析研究,提
出本论文的突破点和立足点。
第二,阐述城市规划管理的相关概念、规划管理的内容和手段。
第三,研究珠海城市发展现状、珠海城市规划管理现状以及规划管理对珠海经济
影响分析。
第四,对珠海城市规划建设问题、规划编制问题、规划实施问题以及规划管理问
题进行分析。
第五,对美国、深圳、中山等城市规划管理经验借鉴。
第六,针对珠海规划管理存在问题,从珠海城市规划管理体制、规划编制管理、
城乡规划实施管理和城市建设管理等方面提出优化对策。
