ABSTRACT
The paper take QJ subsidiary corporation as object of study reaserching the
Performance Management System of Yunnan Power Grid Corporation county power
enterprises. Combined with QJ management status and situation of the
enterprise.Starting with the Department responsibilities, Post setting, Job
responsibilities,we reaserch the KPI performance indicators system, decomposition and
undertake of the Department. Through the Performance of contract to make the plan,
communication, feedback, assessment and application of performance management
integrate, establishing the strategy at the core, key performance indicators for the key,
team and individual interconnected, including performance plan, performance
communication and feedback, performance evaluation incentive performance
management system.
Through the company's performance management system design, the development
strategy will be combine with the values and the performance management integration
to promote each other, and constantly improve the development level and adaptive
capacity, improve company's development in the future and finally to achieve the
strategic targets.
