本文分别从宏观和行业环境角度全面分析了企业的外部环境,其中在该公司下游
产业的发展趋势对本行业的影响方面,分析依据行业发展的历史数据得出行业间
发展的相关性,进一步分析出了企业的发展机遇和存在的威胁。在企业竞争力方
面,本文从企业的价值链分析、财务状况分析、现有产品的分析与评价、人力资
源与组织结构分析等方面进行了深入的研究,进而阐明企业的优势与劣势,为企
业经营战略的制定奠定基础。
根据对企业外部环境分析和企业竞争力的分析,SWOT 分析的结果,本文建设
性地提出了廊坊包装设备制造总公司的战略目标及总体战略并制定了相应措施。

Abstract
This paper, centering the strategic management and development of LangFang
general company of packaging equipment manufacture, combining the management
theories and practices cooperation ,focuses on the topic how to keep the market
competition status and how to keep the durative steady development, and deeply discuss
the strategic plan working out on management and development .
It has made fully analysis in macro environment and industrial environment in
order to find the external developing chances and weakness , analysis of the backward
industrial developing trend and the relation between the two industrials are the center
role of the fully analysis. After estimating the paper based on the historic data draw a
conclusion about the relativity. In the point of the strength about the enterprise
competition ,this paper also deeply analyzed the competition capabilities including of
value chain analysis、financial analysis、product analysis、human resource analysis and
organization analysis, then the advantages and disadvantages are found ,which
established a foundation in the strategic plan working out for the company .
According to the result of the outer environment analysis、competition analysis、
SWOT analysis and the relativity analysis, this paper puts forwards a strategic object
and strategic plan as a proposal and describes the related measures for the
company .
