摘要
随着汽车工业的崛起,汽车性能的不断改进和完善,汽车已经成为人们生活
中主要的物质条件,在人们的生活中扮演越来越重要的角色。而汽车消费的快速
普及,促使人们对于汽车购买后的维护保养等需求也快速上升,汽车后市场也随
即产生。围绕汽车所产生的各种服务,诸如汽车装饰美容、汽车养护、汽车改装、
汽车维修、汽车租赁等的消费需求日益扩大。因此汽车后市场成为庞大的具有巨
大消费潜力的市场,有着广大的客户群体和发展潜力,因而,也引起了众多企业
的关注,不少的企业纷纷开始了步入汽车后市场的服务大军中。然而,由于这一
市场进入壁垒较低,也使得目前这一市场鱼龙混杂。

车魔方是昆明汽车后市场的一家汽车服务企业。自进入市场以来,虽然有大

constantly, the car already became the people to live the main material conditions, in the
life of people more and more important role in. And the rapid popularization of
automobile consumption, encourage people to buy the cars after maintenance demand
also rises quickly, after the car market also immediately arises. Around the car produced
by the various services, such as car decorative beauty, car maintenance, car
modification, car repair, car rental and other consumer demand growing. So the car after
the market has become a huge huge consumption potential of the market, has a broad
customer base and development potential, therefore, also caused the attention of
numerous enterprise, many enterprises have started to enter the car market after the
service in the army. However, due to this market with lower barriers to entry, also make
the market dragons and fishes jumbled together.
Magic Car is Kunming auto market after a car service company. Since entering the
market, although there are a large number of customer resources have made good
performance, but in the car market after the development of blowout is involved endless
price war,labor shortage, lack of technology and so on nightmare.
This paper on China's auto market after the stage of development, existing problem,
market opportunity and challenge undertook an analysis, on this basis that the auto
market development prospect is good,have larger development space; secondly, further
