摘要:广播电视在国家现代化发展历程中占据重要的地位,是衡量信息化
程度的指标之一。自改革开放以来,国家出台各项政策鼓励有线广播电视网络
的发展。近年,国家对文化体制进行改革,要求经营性网络资产剥离,由事业
性质转制为企业性质,市场化经营管理。从独家垄断,到面对竞争,有线数字
电视网络公司面临着内外威胁。如何提升SN公司有线数字电视业务的覆盖率,
扩大有线数字电视用户规模,发挥原有优势基础,在市场经济大背景下与内外
竞争抗衡则是当前有线数字电视网络公司必须解决的难题。

本论文从SN公司数字电视业务着手,全面分析了公司内外环境,包括竞
争对手和自有内部资源,并且据此提出了相关的竞争战略,试图找出一条符合
地级市网络公司数字电视业务生存和可持续发展的道路。

本文在定量分析和定性分析相结合的基础上,构建了 SN公司数字电视业
务的宏观外部环境和微观内部资源状况的详细分析,同时借助五力模型、SWOT
等战略分析模型,对比分析了内外竞争对手,尝试设计了 SN公司数字电视业
务的竞争战略,并从公司组织保障、文化建设保障两方面提出了公司数字电视
业务竞争的战略选择。

SK公司数字电视业务是遂宁市文化产业的重要支柱,同时也是打造数字
遂宁的重要载体,希望本文的研究对产业的科学发展产生一定的借鉴意义。本
文对地级市数字电视业务的竞争战略制定和执行具有重要借鉴意义。

Abstract:Radio and television occupies an important position in the course of
the development of the country's modernization, it is one of the indicators to
measure the degree of information. Since the reform and opening up, the state has
adopted various policies to encourage the development of the Cable Radio and
Television Network. Recent years, China held cultural system reform, the business
network asset was asked to be stripped, to transform into the enterprise, and
market-oriented management. To face competition from an exclusive monopoly,
Cable TVS networks are faced with threaten both internal and external. How to
improve the coverage of the cable TV business, to expand the size of subscribers,
to compete in the backdrop of the market economy must be solved by digital cable
TV networks.
The article begins with the SN’s digital TV business, raise competitive strategy
on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of competitors and its own internal
resources. The target is trying to explore a way of survival and development of
digital TV services network.
This article uses the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis
method, adequately address the macro external environment and micro-internal
resources, introduce the Michael Porter's Five Forces Model,SWOT analyzing
