摘要
在当前我国处于经济转型期的背景下,城镇化、工业化的进程加
快,人们的生活、工作压力越来越大。同时,由于种种原因,我国企
业尚未完全走出经济危机阴霾,中小型企业面临种种发展瓶颈。企业
发展的关键是人力资源的充分挖掘和释放,而科学、系统、有效的激
励机制无疑是快速提升员工满意度、充分挖掘员工潜力,进而实现个
人发展和企业发展双赢目标的重要推动力。本研究从积极心理学的视
角,借鉴激励理论,在调查中小型企业激励机制现状的基础上,提出
了较为系统的激励策略。通过访谈发现,目前中小企业主要采用物质
激励和精神激励两大类激励方式,激励的效果上存在着较为明显的性
别、工龄、学历等方面差异。在调查基础上,认为构建企业激励策略
主要从以下几方面入手:在个人层面上,培养员工积极的人格品质,
激发自我效能,幵展多方位的培训,促成积极心理资本;在组织层面
上,通过构建积极的组织文化,创建充满阳光和爱的人际关系组织促
成良好的激励效果,企业员工幸福快乐应当是企业的生命线;在环境
层面上,通过建立良好的工作环境、积极的制度环境达到激励的效果。

Enterprises
Based on the Perspective of Positive Psychology
Abstract: In the context of economy transition, the process of
urbanization and industrialization is faster and faster, the pressure on
living and work for people is bigger and bigger. Meanwhile, for various
reasons, the enterprises have not yet been fully out of the shadow of the
economic crisis, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing
development bottlenecks. The key of development for enterprises is to
fully release human resources. A scientific, systematic and effective
motivation mechanism is undoubted an important force to improve
employee satisfaction and to tap the potential of employees, thus to
achieve an win-win goal of the personal development and enterprise
development. Based on the perspective of positive psychology, this
thesis proposes a motivation mechanism for small and medium-sized
enterprises which on the basis of qualitative interview. The small and
medium-sized enterprises mainly use material and inspired incentives to
motivate staffs,and the effect of motivation is different between gender,
seniority,education and so on. On the basis of investigation,we should
go from the following aspects to build motivation strategy in enterprises:
On the individual level, by training on the positive personality traits of
staffs and stimulating self-efficacy to bring about positive psychological
capital; On the organizational level, by building a positive
organizational culture and creating relationship filled with sunshine and
love to promote excellent incentive effect; On the environment level, by
building good working environment and positive institutional
environment to achieve the motivation effect.
