摘 要
近年来,我国建筑业规模长期维持在较高的水平,但在建设管理过程中,工
程项目参建各方之间却由于种种原因,屡屡出现矛盾和争端,导致内耗与浪费,
严重降低建设项目的绩效和生产能力。

充分实现参建各方的合作与共赢,不仅可以有效提升我国建筑业企业的综合
竞争力,也是推进建筑业可持续发展、增强我国国力的重要途径。因此,如何在
工程项目管理中实现合作共赢,找到新的利润增长点,提高各方的综合效益,具
有十分重要的现实意义和理论价值。

本文旨在对现有的几种合作共赢管理方法进行对比分析,并通过实际工程案
例阐述其具体应用和管理成效。论文综合运用管理学、系统工程等相关理论,采
用文献研究、比较研究等方法,开展面向合作共赢的工程项目管理方法及案例研
究。

本文围绕工程项目管理中参与各方的合作与共赢这一主题,首先从交易成本
理论、现代组织理论、资源依赖理论、合作竞争理论、和谐管理理论五个方面,
讨论了工程项目合作共赢管理的理论基础。同时,通过详细阐述信任与合作的产
生机制及其相互之间的依存关系,对合作共赢的本质与内涵进行深入剖析。接着,
从“中间组织”的视角,对工程承包联营体模式、建设项目动态联盟模式、Partnering
模式三种合作模式的本质、特征、优点、类型、合作文本、组织架构、局限性等
方面,进行横向对比和审视,进而引出综合集成管理思想,并论述其所蕴含的合
作共赢的内核,将其作为工程项目合作共赢管理的新思维。最后,以我国苏通长
江公路大桥为案例,细致阐述了综合集成管理思想在工程实践中的运用及取得的
成效,以期为工程项目合作共赢管理提供理论支持与案例参考。

Abstract
Recent years, the scale of the construction industry in China has maintained in a higher
level, but the contradictions in the course of construction always exist between the parties for
many reasons. It leads to the internal friction and waste that seriously reduce the benefit and
the productive capacity of the construction project.
The achievement of the win-win cooperation among the entire project participants not
only enhances the comprehensive competitiveness of Chinese construction industry
enterprises, but also promotes the construction industry to carry out sustainable development
and improves our national power. Therefore,it has a great practical significance and
theoretical value to study how to achieve the win-win cooperation in the construction project
management and how to find out the point of profit growth and increase the comprehensive
benefits of all the participants.
This study aims to the contrastive analysis among several methods for the cooperation of
the construction project management and the application and management performance by
use of the case of the construction project. This paper comprehensively uses management,
systems engineering and other related theories, and applies literature research and
comparative research to study the method and case for the cooperation of the construction
project management.
Firstly,it analyzes the academic foundations of the cooperation of the construction
project management by use of five theories: the Transaction Cost Theory, the Modern
Organization Theory, the Resource Dependence Theory, the Cooperation-competition Theory,
and the Harmonious Management Theory. And at the same time, it explains the produce
mechanism between the trust and the cooperation and the interdependent relationship between
them. Moreover, it discusses three cooperation models including Project Contracting Joint
Venture (PCJV),Construction Project Dynamic Alliance and Partnering at the aspects of
essences,characters,advantages, types, versions, organizational structures and limitations.
Further, this paper expounds the Meta-Synthesis thought which is the core of the cooperation
and all-win. Finally, it states the application and the effect of the Meta-Synthesis thought in
the Sutong Changjiang River Bridge that provide some theoretical support and case reference
for the cooperation of the construction project management.
