毕业论文设计《湖州在水一方家园房地产投资项目可行性研究报告》(47页).rar 中文摘要 摘要 本次毕业设计是针对在水一方家园项目编制可行性研究报告。报告的编制是从项目相关的资料的收集整理开始的，之后是进行市场情况的调查研究工作的，再之后是进行项目的市场定位以及项目的规划设计方案的设计，最后通过对项目的投资以及销售计划的策划，进行项目的财务评价工作。最后的财务评价主要是盈利能力、财务平衡及偿债能力和不确定性分析。最后得出的结论是：本报告的项目定位是可行的，项目具有较好的盈利能力，有一定的贷款偿还能力和自身平衡能力，而且有基本的抗风险能力。 关键词：规划设计；市场调查；敏感性分析；内部收益率 Abstract The　graduation　project　is　aimed　at　the　upper　stream　homeland　project　feasibility　study　report　prepared.　The　preparation　of　the　report　are　from　the　project-related　data　collection　organize　the　start,　followed　by　market　conditions　to　carry　out　investigation　and　research　work,　and　then　are　carried　out　after　the　project＇s　market　positioning,　and　project　planning　and　design　program　design,　final　adoption　of　the　project　investment　and　sales　planning,　project　financial　evaluation.　Finally　the　financial　evaluation　is　profitability,　solvency　and　the　financial　balance　and　uncertainty　analysis.　Finally　the　conclusions　are:　the　present　report,　the　project　location　is　feasible,　the　project　has　good　profitability,　must　have　ability　to　repay　the　loans　and　their　own　balance,　but　there　is　a　basic　ability　to　resist　risks.
