BONDING NOTE 培训合约
(以下简称酒店Hereinafter called The Hotel)
The Employee for any training which is on Hotel expenses (Hereinafter called The Employee)
酒店出资外出培训的酒店员工（以下简称员工）
Reference to The Hotel sending The Employee for any training which is on Hotel’s expenses,
this note serves as an acknowledgment that the Hotel and the respective Employee both agree on
the following:
有关酒店出资选送外出培训之事，酒店及该员工同意遵守以下事项：
Objective Statement of the Training 培训目的：
通过培训，达到所从事岗位的工作标准。

Training Destination 选送地：
Training Duration 培训周期：
Total Cost 全部费用（人民币/美元）：
Bonded service years 约定工作年限：三年
In terms of any dishonor of this agreement, a payment in linu can be done strictly following
Hotel’s Policy.
如欲终止合约，可依据酒店政策（人事政策）赔偿部分培训费用。
