节奏，发挥财务在企业管理中的重要作用，对财务管理转型提出迫切的需要 ２１３ 财务共享中心被视为财务转型的有效抓手，特别是在０年财政部倡导大型企业 建立财务共享中心后，财务共享的建设加速，针对财务共享的理论研宄也逐渐增多。财 务共享中心的建设和运营，可实现财务组织架构的调整、业务的规范、效率的提升、业 务处理质量的提升等，同时，也将推动企业信息化进程，促进财务人员思维的转变，为 财务智能化转型奠定基础。但是，当前财务共享的作用更多的聚焦在核算的自动化，较 。 之于智能财务的目标还有较大差距，需要持续推动财务智能化转型已有的理论研究在 财务共享本身的建设和作用方面研宄比较充分，但在财务共享与财务转型的关系及如何 基于财务共享实现财务智能化转型方面略显不足，特别是案例研究较少。 本文采用案例研宄法、文献研究法和比较研究法，结合流程再造、大数据、人工智 。 能等理论，对具有代表性的大型国有企业A集团的财务转型进行详细分析研究分析A 集团以财务共享为抓手进行财务智能化转型的现状，探讨存在的问题，从智能技术应用、 组织优化、信息系统建设、人员培养、数据应用等方面进行深入研究并提出化解思路。 结合相关理论研宄，创造性的提出了A集团基于财务共享的财务智能化升级方案，并针 对性的提出具体实施建议。具体如下：为实现A集团财务智能化转型，在财务共享中心 、、 的基础上，需要持续完善智能财务管理的七大基础，包括文化基础组织基础人员基 础、流程基础、技术基础、系统基础、数据基础。在良好的文化基础、组织基础、人员 基础、流程基础的前提下，不断完善系统建设，使得业务运转都有系统支撑，使得数据 线上化。深化业务财务、战略财务智能化管理，搭建财务数据分析平台，全面采集集团 。 内外部数据，充分发挥人工智能技术的作用，实现数据的自动化采集，智能化分析用 。 好大数据，做好数据分析应用，赋能业务发展，支撑管理决策，真正实现智能化转型 一 财务智能化转型是个复杂的过程，其能否成功受多方面因素的影响，目前社会层 。 面在全方位开展数字化、智能化转型工作，对财务的智能化转型研究必要且意义重大 本文结合A集团财务转型，理论联系实际，对A集团基于财务共享的转型历程、推进 。 过程中的问题及问题根源进行研究，创造性的提出智能化转型方案及具体实施建议这 一
