近年来,中国物流行业每年保持两位数高速发展,从过去以运输、仓储为主营业务
到目前的以供应链管理为发展方向,专业性要求越来越高。在医药物流领域,中小医药
物流企业所面临的市场竞争环境更加激烈,在货运量、营销管理以及运营成本等关键业
绩指标方面存在着巨大的挑战,不少企业利润降低、企业裁员、甚至出现经营亏损的现
象。因此,如何制定切实可行的核心竞争力,满足客户服务需求,开源节流、提高效益,
是实现企业可持续发展的关键要素。
本文以 M医药物流公司为研究对象,通过对其经营发展过程中核心竞争力的研究,
对医药物流行业经营现状进行梳理以及对M医药物流公司的整体经营情况进行分析,制
定出了符合M医药物流公司长远发展的经营建议,提出一种“高标准时效性”核心竞争
力体系标准,可为M公司健康发展、企业经营辅助决策等提供帮助和支撑。
本文首先通过对医药物流企业核心竞争力理论、医药物流理论、现代物流理论进行
理论梳理和论证,为本课题的研究找到理论支撑和分析依据;
然后运用 PEST 分析工具对整个医药物流行业的外部发展环境情况(如“政策、经
济、社会、技术”等环境)进行论证和分析,充分认识和了解现代医药物流企业目前所
处的外部生存环境情况;
接着运用五力模型分析工具,通过对M公司目前所面临的竞争环境进行进一步的剖
析,实现对M公司在医药物流行业中的盈利能力和吸引力的深刻认识和经营定位;
最后通过对比分析和归纳总结得出M公司在未来发展阶段应该采取的经营建议,M
公司在总体经营发展目标的引导之下,可制定详尽的市场推广机制,通过提高企业协同
经营管理能力、强化优势资源专业化供给能力、优化物流配送网点布局与建设、加大信
息技术应用力度等手段,打造物流“高标准时效性”创新服务能力,强化企业开源节流、

快速响应、减少差错、提升服务效率等能力的培养,有效提升企业整体核心竞争力,最
终达到实现企业健康、稳定、长效发展的目标。

Abstract
In recent years, China's logistics industry has maintained double-digit growth every year.
The main business shift from transportation and storage in the past to the current development
direction of supply chain management, the professional requirements are getting higher and
higher. In the field of pharmaceutical logistics, small and medium-sized pharmaceutical
logistics enterprises are facing a more intense market competition. In freight volumes,
marketing management and operating costs of key performance indicators, there are huge
challenges, many companies reduce profits, layoffs, and shows operating losses, therefore, to
develop the feasible core competencies, meet the demand of customer service, open source
throttling, improve business efficiency, is the key measures that realize the sustainable
development of the enterprise.
Here we taking a Pharmaceutical Logistics Company (code-named M) as the research
object, this paper sorted out the overall operating status of the pharmaceutical logistics
industry and analyzed the operating situation of M by studying its core competitiveness in the
process of operation and development, and formulated strategic suggestions in line with the
long-term development of M. This paper provides core competiveness system standard of
‘high standard of timeliness’ for M which can provide solutions and supports for the healthy
development of enterprises and auxiliary decision-making of enterprise operation.
In the present study, we sorted out the core competitiveness theory of enterprises,
strategic management theory and logistics management related theories as the theoretical
basis for this research.
