II 论文题目:ZY石油工程公司发展战略研究 专业:工商管理 硕士生:李旭东(签名) 导师:杨嵘(签名) 摘要 企业发展战略事关企业未来的发展,为企业发展指明方向。近几年,受国际油价大 幅波动、中美贸易战、新冠肺炎疫情等影响,石油工程行业面临严峻的形势和巨大的挑 战。我国石油对外依存度逐年上升,能源安全上升到了国家战略层面,国内持续加大油 气勘探开发投资,扩大了石油工程企业的生存空间。本文研究石油工程企业的发展战略, 旨在提升石油工程企业战略管理能力,促进其良好发展,提升其发展质量和水平。 本论文以ZY石油工程公司为研究对象,通过查找文献和分析,综合运用企业战略 管理的理论方法和模型,对该公司的发展战略进行系统的研究。首先,运用PEST模型 和五力模型对ZY石油工程公司的外部环境进行了分析,外部环境是有利于该公司的发 展,但是行业竞争将会更加的激烈;其次,从ZY石油工程公司的经营情况、组织结构、 人力资源情况、技术情况、文化方面对其内部环境进行了剖析,该公司拥有业务广泛、 装备齐全、超深井和页岩气井施工技术优势明显、市场布局合理、队伍凝聚力强等优势, 但同时存在经营压力大、人才流失严重、高效益市场少、技术产品产业化不足等劣势。 应用SWOT分析法为ZY石油工程公司选择了WO战略,以“打造国内领先、国际一流 油服公司”为愿景,主营业务实施一体化、成本领先和国际化战略,辅助业务实施紧缩 战略,大力推进市场开发、人才强企、科技兴企、精益管理、品牌建设,最终实现企业 可持续发展。最后,从企业管理、市场开发、人才、技术、降本、品牌等方面制定了具 体保障措施。 本论文的研究有利于提升ZY石油工程公司应对复杂发展形势的能力,对推动ZY 石油工程公司的发展起到了积极作用,同时对其他石油工程企业在发展战略制定方面也 有一定的借鉴和启迪作用。 关键词:发展战略;战略管理;ZY石油工程公司 论文类型:应用研究 英文摘要 III Subject:AstudyondevelopmentstrategyofZYpetroleumengineeringcompany Speciality:BusinessAdministration Name:Lixudong(signature) Instructor:Yangrong(signature) ABSTRACT Thedevelopmentstrategyofanenterpriseisimportantlyinfluentialtothecompany’s long-termandoverallgoals,whichindicatesthedirectionforthedevelopment.Inrecentyears, thepetroleumengineeringindustryhasbeenfacingaseveresituationandhugechallengesdue totheimpactofsignificantfluctuationsininternationaloilprices,theSino-UStradewar,and theCOVID-19pandemic.China'sexternaldependenceonoilisrisingyearbyyear,and energysecurityhasbecomeanationalstrategy.Besides,domesticinvestmentinoilandgas explorationanddevelopmenthasbeencontinuouslyincreased,whichexpandsthelivingspace ofpetroleumengineeringcompanies.Thisessaystudiesthedevelopmentstrategyofpetroleum engineeringenterprises,aimingtoenhancetheirstrategicmanagementcapability,andimprove theirgooddevelopmentwithbetterqualityandlevel.
