I 摘要 在面临经济下行压力的情况下,建筑业作为我国支柱产业,经济放缓倒逼行 业不断调整和转型,自2014年以来,我国建筑业减速下行压力增大 ,受劳动力、 资源、环境等成本上升影响,过去单纯依靠国家政策拉动企业增长的方式已不复 存在,要素成本驱动型的粗放发展方式也难以为继。另一方面,建筑业又迎来了 许 多机遇和挑战,例如新型城镇化建设规模增大、城市基础设施建设处于高峰期、 “一带一路”建设提供历史舞台等新机遇又给建筑业提供了发展契机。面对这种 困境以及挑战, 建筑企业迫切需要加速转型升级,需要从要素驱动、投资驱动向 创新驱动转变,才能在激烈的市场竞争当中保持自身的竞争优势。所以,对建筑 企业来说,如何提升自身的核心 竞争力显得尤为重要。 本文以D建筑企业为研究对象,针对其发展现状和存在的问题,应用核心竞 争力理论,识别、评价其核心竞争力并提出提升核心竞争力的对策建议。文章首 先梳理了核心竞争力的一般理论及国内外研究现状,并过渡到建筑企业这一领域。 在综合D建筑企业发展现状的基础之上,通过文献研究法梳理国内研究学者研究 成果,运用头脑 风暴法构建了D建筑企业核心竞争力的初步评价体系,随后通过 专家调查法构建了正式的评价体系,主要包括市场能力、技术能力、管理能力、 人力资源能力、企业文化能力五个 方面,指标层分为净资产收益率、项目管理能 力、技术投入比率、资质及专利技术水平、全员劳动生产率、企业理念等20个具 体指标。然后运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对D 建筑企业的核心竞争力进行 了评价,结合评价结果,分析了D建筑企业的优势和存在的问题。文章最后进一 步提出相应的对策,希望能为D建筑企业的核心竞争力提升做出贡献。 关键词: D建筑企业,核心竞争力,层次分析法,模糊综合评价法 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT In the face of downward economic pressure, the construction industry, as a pillar industry in China, has been constantly adjusted and transformed due to the economic slowdown. Since 2014, the downward pressure of China's construction industry has increased. Affected by the rising costs of labor, resources, environment and other costs, the past way of relying solely on national policies to drive enterprise growth has ceased to exist. The extensive development driven by factor cost The way of exhibition is also unsustainable.On the other hand,the construction industry has faced many opportunities and challenges, such as the expansion of new urbanization, the peak of urban infrastructure construction, "One Belt And One Road" construction to provide a historical stage and other new opportunities for the development of the construction industry.In the face of such difficulties, construction enterprise urgently need to accelerate their transformation and upgrading, and they need to shift from factor driven and investment driven to innovation-driven, in order to maintain their competitive advantages in the midst of fierce market competition. Improving core competitiveness has become a difficult problem for all construction enterprise. In this paper, D construction enterprise as the research object, in view of its development status and existing problems, the application of core competitiveness theory, identify and evaluate its core competitiveness and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the core competitiveness. Firstly, this paper reviews the general theory of core competitiveness and the research status at home and abroad, and transits to the field of construction enterprise. On the basis of the comprehensive development of D construction enterprise, by referring to the theoretical results of domestic and foreign scholars, the preliminary evaluation system of D construction enterprise' core competitiveness is given by using the brainstorming method. On this basis, a formal evaluation system is proposed by Delphi method. The evaluation system includes five aspects: market ability, technical ability, management ability, human resource ability and corporate culture ability. It can also be subdivided into 20 specific indicators, such as return on net assets, project management ability, technology input ratio, qualification and patent technology level, total labor productivity, enterprise concept, etc. Then using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation ABSTRACT III method to evaluate the core competitiveness of D construction enterprise, combined with the evaluation results, analyzes the advantages and existing problems of D construction enterprisebined with the evaluation results, this paper further puts forward corresponding countermeasures, hoping to contribute to the core competitiveness of D construction enterprise.
