轮式拖拉机驾驶室焊接自动化实施可行性研究 驾驶室是拖拉机整车的一个重要的部件,它涉及驾驶员的可操作性、舒适 性、安全性、人机工程学等各种相关因素,对整车的性能起着至关重要的作用。 尤其近些年随着农业现代化进程的加快,农机装备的普及,中大型轮式拖拉机 的发展更是迅猛,但同时也加剧了市场的竞争,驾驶室已经成为拖拉机整车性 能竞争的主要核心要素之一。 现有驾驶室焊接均是人工焊接,随着时代的发展,市场需求的不断变化, 现有驾驶室焊接的生产能力和产品质量都远远不能满足市场需求。同时随着人 工成本的逐年递增,而机器人本体及集成成本随着市场的发展,价格大幅度降 低,所以,驾驶室骨架焊接开始考虑自动化。 为了满足市场需求,提高驾驶室焊接质量和扩大产能,改善目前的生产条 件和生产环境,“轮式拖拉机驾驶室焊接自动化”项目就是在这样的背景下启 动的。但拖拉机驾驶室骨架焊接在国内还没有实现自动化焊接的成功案例,本 文对该项目进行了市场分析、项目工程方案分析、项目投资分析和风险分析, 通过分析有效地降低该项目的风险性,确定该项目的可行性,最终为“轮式拖 拉机驾驶室焊接自动化”项目实施提供科学依据。 关键词:轮式拖拉机,驾驶室,焊接自动化,可行性II Abstract Feasibility study on welding automation of wheeled tractor cabin The cabin is an important component of the whole tractor, comprising a driver can be factors related to operation, comfort, safety, ergonomics and other performance of the vehicle, plays a vital role. The existing bridge welding is the manual welding, along with the development of The Times, the unceasing change of market demand, production capacity and product quality of the existing bridge welding are far cannot satisfy the market demand. At the same time as Labour cost increasing year by year, and the cost of robot ontology and integration with the development of the market, reduce the price, so the cabin frame welding began to think about automation. In order to meet market demand, improve the quality of bridge welding and expanding capacity, improve the production conditions and production environment, the wheeled tractor cabin welding automation project is launched in such a background. But the tractor cabin frame welding in domestic haven't achieve automatic welding of successful cases, this article has carried on the market analysis to the project, project plan, project investment and risk analysis.
