I 摘要 昆仑银行在产融结合发展的背景下推出了一系列的产融结合业务产品,其中“油企 通”是昆仑银行产融业务的优势产品。“油企通”业务是指昆仑银行为其股东中石油天 然气集团公司及中石油集团旗下的成员单位(该类企业称为“核心企业”)的上游提供 综合金融服务方案,围绕核心企业对客户的商流、物流、资金流、信息流的掌握,来控 制风险,用于满足上游油田服务企业在生产经营过程中的资金需求的融资服务。 昆仑银行西安分行从 2012 年开展“油企通”业务以来,经过多年的发展,该业务 规模已占到总行的半壁江山,证明了产融结合发展战略实施的正确性。但是随着时间的 推移,该业务诸多问题及发展瓶颈也暴露出来,最核心的问题是昆仑银行西安分行“油 企通”业务规模增长率较低,且持续放缓。 针对此问题,论文对“油企通”业务规模增长率影响因素进行回归分析,实证结果 发现论文选取的影响因素对于“油企通”业务发展均有不同程度的影响。围绕这些影响 因素,论文从五个方面设计了昆仑银行西安分行“油企通”业务提升方案,具体包括: 优化利率定价方案、降低不良贷款率方案、加大科研投入方案、扩大客户数量方案、提 高人力效能方案。同时,论文根据提升方案制定了业务提升步骤,并根据昆仑银行西安 分行的现状分析了业务提升方案的保障措施。希望通过论文的研究能为昆仑银行西安分 行“油企通”业务持续、快速、健康发展提供一定的帮助,同时也为昆仑银行开展产融 结合的供应链金融提供参考依据和实证分析的案例。 关键词:“油企通”,供应链金融,营销管理,金融科技,风险管理西北大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract “YQT” is a superior credit product launched by Kunlun Bank under the background of the combination of industry and finance. YQT business refers to the kunlun bank for its shareholders CNPC (as the core enterprise) provided upstream of a comprehensive financial service plan, around the core enterprise to the customer's business flow, logistics, cash flow, information flow control, to control risk, and used to satisfy the upstream oilfield service companies in the process of production and business operation needs financing services. After years of development, Xi'an Branch of Kunlun Bank has accounted for half of its head office's business scale since it launched the YQT business in 2012, which proves the correctness of the implementation of the development strategy of combining industry with finance. However, with the passage of time, many problems and bottlenecks in the development of the business have also been exposed. The core problem is that the growth rate of the business scale of “YQT” of Xi'an Branch of Kunlun Bank is low and continues to slow down. In view of this problem, the paper makes a regression analysis of the factors affecting the growth rate of the business scale of “YQT”. The empirical results show that the factors selected in the paper have different degrees of impact on the business development of “YQT”. Around these factors, the paper designs the business promotion scheme of “YQT” of Xi'an Branch of Kunlun Bank from five aspects, including: optimizing interest rate pricing scheme, reducing non-performing loan rate scheme, increasing research investment scheme, expanding the number of customers scheme, and improving human efficiency scheme. At the same time, according to the promotion plan, the paper formulates the steps of business promotion, and according to the current situation of Xi'an Branch of Kunlun Bank, it analyses the safeguard measures of business promotion plan. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some help for the sustained, rapid and healthy development of “YQT” business of Xi'an Branch of Kunlun Bank, and also provide reference basis and empirical analysis case for Kunlun Bank to carry out the supply chain finance of the combination of industry and finance.
