本文根据现代薪酬管理理论与方法,对华光集团原有薪酬管理模式进行了全 面细致的分析,并提出了一套完整的解决方案。 全文共分五个部分。首先,通过研究薪酬管理的基本理论、影响企业薪酬策 略的相关因素,了解华光集团的背景,分析其所面临的内外部环境,说明了设计 华光集团薪酬解决方案的意义。其次,运用大量的调查数据,详细分析了华光集 团薪酬管理现状、成功之处与问题。针对这些存在的问题,本文运用了全面薪酬 与战略薪酬的先进理念及薪酬管理的核心技术,并广泛借鉴国内外企业薪酬管理 的经验,完成了包括薪酬体系、薪酬水平、薪酬结构、不同群体的薪酬设计、基 于绩效的年度奖励计划等内容的可操作的解决方案。最后,本文对该解决方案在 一定时期内的运行效果进行分析评价并提出了改进意见。 本文从管理学、经济学等多学科视角对薪酬及薪酬管理的相关内容进行了理 论上的阐述,如薪酬体系与职业发展通道、基于绩效的激励方案等薪酬管理的核 心技术在本文中均有不同程度的体现。本文对国有资产控股上市公司如何根据企 业所处的具体环境、业务需要以及人力资源战略来设计和完善具有本企业特色的 薪酬管理模式具有一定的实践参考价值。 关键词:企业集团薪酬管理方案ABSTRACT AeeordingtothePrineiPleandmethodofthemodemeomPensationmanagement, ThisPaPeranalysisHuaguangGrouPoriginaleomPensationmodeeomPletelyand metieulousl丛onthebasisofthis,theauthorPutsforwardtheeomPletesolution.
