On the basis of learning and combing the relevant theories and methods of feasibility study, this paper comprehensively analyzes the feasibility of investing in the construction of H company's 50,000 tons kraftliner board project. Using literature search method, comparative analysis method, statistical analysis method, select official data, journal literature, and internal data of H company as the basis for comprehensive demonstration of the feasibility of H company paperboard construction project. Applying the experience of feasibility study to future investment and work has certain practical significance. The main research content of this paper is divided into four parts, namely market and competitor analysis, technical analysis, economic and social benefit analysis, and risk analysis. It uses statistical analysis to estimate the demand and supply of the project, and uses the five-force model to analyze the competitive environment of the project to judge the feasibility of the market; analyze the technical aspects of the project from the aspects of site selection, process technology, environmental protection measures, construction progress, etc. Feasibility; using financial analysis methods, starting from static analysis, dynamic analysis, break-even analysis, analyzing the economic benefits of the project, and drawing the financial feasibility of the project; taking risks according to the general steps of risk analysis Identification, risk assessment, risk response sequence, sensitivity analysis method, demonstrate the ability of the project to resist risks and propose corresponding preliminary plans.
