江苏电网220千伏三兴输变电工程可行性研究 摘要 随着张家港北部地区的经济发展,现有电网的供电能力已经不能满足当地用户的 用电要求,急需增加新的变电所,此外,目前该地区电网还存在重复变压等问题,也 需要借助新变电所的建设对现有电网进行梳理,220kV三兴输变电工程可行性研究工 作在此背景下展开 根据江苏省电力公司批复,三兴变初步设定了电压等级!主变远景设计规模及本 期规模 本文依据相关标准对系统一次!继电保护!系统通信及系统远动进行了详细的论 证,明确了配置原则 本可行性研究重点突出了变电所选址及进出线路径的确定经过现场勘查和测 算,本文对三个满足基本条件的变电所所址进行多方面论证,最终根据经济最优原则 选出了推荐所址在此基础上,本文对东西两侧的开环路径进行了探讨,并给出了出 线方案 最后,笔者对工程做了详细的项目概算,并进行了社会和经济效益评估 关键词:可行性研究,建设规模,所址选择,路径选择,投资估算 I 乡Abstr朗t江苏电网220千伏三兴输变电工程可行性研究 AbstraCt AstheraPidlydeveloPingofNorthP斌ofZhangJiagang,PowersuPPlyabilityof c叮entPowergriddailydroPsbehindthedemandofeeonomy.Ontheotherhand,Power gridofthisareaalsosufferstheabuseofreduPlieatePowertransforming.Invirtueofthe eonstruetionof220kVSanxingsubstation,weeansolveallthementionedProblemsabove.
