江门市220kV宝兴输变电工程可行性研究报告DOC

随着台山市经济和社会的稳步发展,现有电网的供电能力已经不能满足当地用户的 用电要求,急需增加新的变电所,所以新建 220kV 宝兴站对缓解台山电网的供电压力, 提高台山市东北部供电能力和供电可靠性,进一步完善江门 220kV 主网的网络结构,确 保电网安全稳定运行,促进江门台山市国民经济的快速发展等方面都有着十分积极的作 用。 本文依据相关标准对系统一次、继电保护、系统通信及系统远动进行了详细的论证, 明确了配置原则, 1、通过总平面布置及配电装置选择的不同方案,比较分析其中的优缺点,最终推 荐采用 220kV 及 110kV 电压等级均采用户外敞开式常规设备的方案。 2、确定设计规模及范围,最终主变规模 4×180MVA,本期 2×180MVA;220kV 电 压等级部分,采用双母线接线,最终规模 6 回,本期 4 回;110kV 电压等级部分,采用 双母线接线,最终规模 12 回,本期出线 5 回;10kV 电压等级部分,单母线分段 4 段母 线接线,最终规模 30 回,本期出线 20 回;中性点的接地方式为,主变压器 220kV 及 110kV 电压等级中性点均采用隔离开关直接接地方式。 3、合理选择变电站站址,将各电压等级的输配电距离尽量降低。通过系统,送电, 变电三大方面的节能分析,提出具体节能降损措施。 4、通过对本工程进行投资估算和经济效益评价,得出该项目的经济指标比较合理, 符合上网要求,投资回报合理。 最后结论,从电力系统、电气部分、土建工程、水工消防等多方面表明该项目建设 具有技术上可行性;根据上述分析,对项目投资进行估算,分析项目经济效益,对投资 回报周期做的比较科学的估算来看,该项目建设也具有经济上的可行性。 关键词,220kV 输变电工程;变电站;设计;可行性II Abstract As the steady development of economic and social of Taishan, 220kV Taishan substation power supply pressure will increase in the future, So a new 220kV Baoxing substation to relieve Taishan power supply pressure, improve the northeast of Taishan city power supply ability and the reliability of power supply, to further improve the Jiangmen 220kV grid structure, ensure the safe and stable operation of power grids of Jiangmen, promote the rapid development of Taishan countryman economy, it plays a very positive role. On the basis of relevant standards on system, relay protection, a communication system and telecontrol system are demonstrated in detail, Clear configuration principle: 1. through the general layout and distribution equipment selection of different schemes, comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, ultimately recommended by 220kV and 110kV voltage grade are used in outdoor open conventional equipment scheme 2. determine the size and scope of the final design,the final size of transformer is 4× 180MVA, This phase of the project is 2×180MVA; 220kV voltage grade, double busbar connection, the final size of 6 lines, 4 lines to this period; 110kV voltage grade, double busbar connection, the final size of 12 lines, 5 back; 10kV voltage grade, single bus four subsection wiring, the final size of 30 lines, 20 lines to this period; neutral point grounding mode: 220kV and 110kV voltage grade for main transformer neutral point use isolating switch directly grounding. 3. reasonable selection of substation, the voltage levels of power transmission distance is reduced as far as possible. Through the system, power transmission, substation three aspects of energy analysis, puts forward the concrete measures of energy conservation and loss reduction. 4. based on the engineering investment estimation and evaluation of economic benefit, the project economic index is more reasonable, accord with the requirements of Internet, reasonable investment return. Conclusion: from the power system, electrical, civil engineering, water and fire and other aspects show that the project has the technical feasibility; according to the above analysis, the project investment estimation, analysis of project economic benefits, investment return period do scientific estimates, the project also has the economic feasibility.
