高校数字化校园建设方案和实施技术可行性研究报告

随着信息技术的迅猛发展,数字化校园已经成为高校信息化建设的重要任务 和高校实现现代化的标志。数字化校园建设为高校师生的学习、工作和生活带来 了深刻的影响,它不仅为现代化教学提供了新的理念和方式,同时也不断改变着 高校的管理、教学和发展模式。在未来几年中,国内各高校将不断加快数字化校 园的建设步伐。 本文在综合论述了数字化校园的历史由来、定义、体系结构、发展阶段以及 建设的意义,提出了数字化校园建设的指导原则和建设策略。同时认为国内高校 在逐步完成校园网硬件平台和综合信息应用系统建设阶段任务后,数字化校园建 设将成为下一阶段的重点任务。 本文详细分析了数字化校园的技术架构和内容架构。数字化校园包括基础技 术层、公共组件层、应用组件层、应用层和门户层等五个层面技术架构;数字化 校园主要内容架构具体包括三个方面,管理信息系统建设与集成、网络信息资源 建设与共享和现代教育技术的应用。 针对数字化校园的技术架构和内容架构,本文依据技术发展和高校实际需 求,较为详细地提出了一套具有先进性和适合国内高校实施的数字化校园建设方 案。本方案以一卡通系统为媒介,对高校内各种管理信息系统进行有效整合,形 成数据统一、信息标准、资源共享的应用环境。高校通过加入中国高等教育文献 保障系统(CALIS)项目,实施校内数字图书馆建设,不断建设精品课程,提高 高校教育教学质量。通过引入网络辅助教学系统和远程教育系统,不断拓展高校 的时间和空间概念,逐步实现“虚拟大学”的目标。 在数字化校园建设规划实施过程中,要特别注重安全防护体系的建设,本文 简要分析了数字化校园的安全防护体系建设内容,大体包括物理安全、网络安全、 主机系统安全、用户安全、应用程序和服务安全、数据安全等几个方面。 关键字,高校,数字化校园,建设,实施,技术The solution of university digital campus and feasibility study of practice technology Abstract With the rapid development of information technology,digital campus has been the important task of informatization and the sign of university modernization. The building of digital campus influences deeply the teachers and students’ study, working and living in school. It not only offers a new idea and a way to modern teaching, but also influences the management, teaching and development in university. In The following several years, universities in our country will speed up the steps of building digital campus constantly. In the dissertation, we summarize the history, conception, structure, development phases and significance about digital campus. And based on this, we point out the governing principle and tactic of digital campus building. As we see that universities have accomplished the task of campus network and MIS, the building of digital campus will be the next important task. In the dissertation, we have analyzed the technology fabric and content fabric of digital campus. The digital campus includes five technical layers: the foundation technology layer, public groupware layer, application groupware layer, application layer and gate layer. The digital campus includes three main contents: MIS, information resources in network and modern teaching technology. Based on the technology fabric and content fabric of digital campus, according to the development of technology and the effective demand of university, in the dissertation, we point out a solution of digital campus. The solution fits the practicing of digital campus building in university. With one card system, we combine all MIS in school, and we will have a application environment: unification of data, standardization of information, resource sharing. University should join the ChinaAcademic Library & Information System(CALIS), and build digital library in school, and build best courses constantly, we will improve the quality of teaching. E-learning system and distance education system can widen the time and space of traditional campus and the university will realize the goal of virtual university gradually. In digital campus’s planning and practice, we should pay attention to digital campus’s safety system. In the dissertation, we analyze the building of safety system of digital campus, it main includes six contents: physical safety, network safety, mainframe system safety, user safety, application program and service safety, date safety.
