Abstract
In recent years, the banking industry in Daqing has developed rapidly and has
become the main financing entity in Daqing City. With the successive entry of Shanghai
Pudong Development Bank, Minsheng Bank, and China Merchants Bank, the financial
market in Daqing is active and the market competition is also intensifying. The
competition among the banking industry is even fiercer. In order to increase profit
margins and increase their market share and competitiveness, various banks have
responded to the call of the country’s policies to shift their targets to small and
medium-sized enterprises and increase their efforts in small-business credit business.
Compared with other local banks, Bank D’s small business credit business is currently
somewhat inferior in terms of market share, asset size, and business expansion.
Therefore, it is worthwhile to study how D-banking can develop small-business credit
business, increase the market share of D-banks, and improve profitability.
This paper analyzes the development status of small and medium-sized enterprises'
credit business in Daqing City from the perspective of demand and supply, and
understands the environment in which the research target is located. It uses SWOT
analysis to develop small banks. Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the
corporate credit business itself, as well as the opportunities for D-banks to develop
small-company credit business, how to use external opportunities to strengthen their
own advantages, and finally make recommendations based on their own weaknesses,
and to better develop small-business credit for D banks. The business provided
safeguards and improved its strategy for developing small business credit business.
