摘要
马铃薯是世界第四大粮食作物,产量仅次于水稻、小麦和玉米,用途广泛,
可用作粮、菜、饲料和工业原料,种植条件要求不苛刻,耐旱、高产、营养成分
全面。2015年,中国启动马铃薯主粮化战略,推动把马铃薯加工成馒头、面条、
米粉等主食,马铃薯将成稻米、小麦、玉米外又一主粮,预计到2020年一半以上
的马铃薯将用作主粮。马铃薯种薯不同于其他农作物种子,是马铃薯茎块,属于
无性繁殖。马铃薯逐代增殖容易积累病毒,种薯退化程度高,因此脱毒种薯对马
铃薯稳产增产具有重要意义。内蒙古乌兰察布是中国“薯都”,马铃薯种植历史悠
久,是当地主要农作物之一,当地自然条件适宜马铃薯的培育生长。近年乌兰察
布市马铃薯种植面积稳定在400万亩,占内蒙古马铃薯种植面积的45%
内蒙古Z农业科技公司是马铃薯种薯企业,地处乌兰察布市。本文以内蒙古Z
农业科技公司为研究对象,在收集整理该公司生产经营状况的资料和查阅相关产
业情况的基础上,分析内蒙古Z农业科技公司内部生产经营现状和所面临的外部
环境情况,对其发展战略进行了研究。首先,介绍了本文的研究背景、研究意义
和研究方法,并给出了相关理论基础,介绍了内蒙古Z农业科技公司的发展情况
其次,利用PEST分析法、波特的“五力模型”对内蒙古Z农业科技公司的外部环
境进行了分析,并总结出了该公司面临的机会与威胁。再次,分析了内蒙古Z农
业科技公司的内部环境,得出了该公司的优劣势。最后,利用 SWOT分析法得出分
析矩阵,提出内蒙古Z农业科技公司在现有条件下应采取扩张型战略并给出相应
的对策建议
本文的研究明确了发展战略适合引导内蒙古Z农业科技公司生产经营,有助
于企业抓住机遇和规避威胁,充分利用企业的资源和能力,发挥竞争优势,实现
稳步发展

Abstract
Potato is the fourth largest food crop in the world, its yield is only lower than rice,
wheat and corn. It can be used as grain, vegetable, feed and industrial raw material. The
required planting conditions are not rigor, it is drought – tolerant, high yield and has
comprehensive nutrition. In 2015, China launched the main grain strategy of potato to
promote the processing of potatoes into staple foods, including steamed bread, noodles
and rice noodles. Potato will become staple grain in addition to rice, wheat and corn.
More than 50 percent of potatoes are expected to be consumed as staple food by 2020.
Potato seed is different from other crop seeds, it is potato stem block, which belong to
asexual reproduction. It is easy to accumulate virus from generation to generation, and
the degree of seed potato is degraded significantly, therefore virus-free seed potato is of
great significance to stabilize yield and increase yield of potato. Wulanchabu City of
Inner Mongolia is the potato capital of China, potato cultivation has a long story, it is
one of the major crops in the city, and local natural conditions are suitable for potato
cultivation and growth. In recent years, the potato planting area in the city is stable at
267 thousand hectares, accounting for 45% of the potato planting area in Inner
Mongolia.
Z Agriculture Technology Company of Inner Mongolia is a seed potato company,
which locates in Wulanchabu City. This paper takes Z Agriculture Technology Company
as the research object, analyze its corporate strategy by means of analyzes the internal
conditions of the business and the external environment in which the company is
operating, on the basis of collecting and sorting out materials relating to the running and
production situation of the company, and consulting the related conditions of the related
industries. Firstly, this paper introduces the research backgrounds, meanings and
analysis methods, and gives a summary of relevant theories, then introduces current
developing situation Z Agriculture Technology Company. Secondly, it analyzes the
external environment of Z Agriculture Technology Company, and summarizes the
opportunities and threats faced by the company by PEST analysis and Porter's Five
Force Model. Thirdly, it elicits the strengths and weakness of the company by analyzing
the internal environmental conditions of the company. Finally, put forward the

development strategy and corresponding countermeasures based on the SWOT matrix
analysis.
The study in this paper clarifies that product and market development strategy is a
suitable corporate strategy for the development of the enterprise, which is helpful for the
business to seize the opportunities and avoid the threats, make full use of its resources
and abilities, generate competitive advantages, in order to realize the growth of the
company.
