流程管理是企业高效率流转的基础，流程的设置直接影响着企业运作的效率。随
着信息技术的发展，流程管理的自动化、智能化以及电子化程度不断提升，流程管理
不但降低了人工成本，还显著提高了企业的绩效，流程管理也逐步成为当今社会最为
流行管理方法
本文根据电力企业在改造工程项目中的流程进行分析，根据电力企业在改造工程
项目中的特点和需求，依据在改造工程项目中前期规划、招标管理、工程设计、工程
实施、工程验收、工程审计等流程选取重要流程重新优化
通过对原有流程的梳理和优化，重点抽取改造工程的关键点，对每个关键点进行
流程固化，对每个节点提出标准和要求，还给出合理的科学的解决方法，结合项目管
理和质量管理要求，满足S公司在改造项目中的全部需求

Research on Optimization of process of S
reconstruction project
Abstract
Process management is the basis of efficient circulation of enterprises, and the setting
of process directly affects the efficiency of enterprise operation.Along with the
development of information technology, the automation, intelligence and electronization of
process management have been continuously improved. Process management not only
reduce the labor costs,but also significantly improve the performance of the enterprise,and
the process management in today's society also gradually become the most popular
management method in today's society.
According to the electric power enterprises in the transformation project in process
analysis, and according to the characteristics and requirements of electric power enterprises
in the transformation project,based on the reconstruction project in pre planning, bidding
management, project design, project implementation, project acceptance, project audit
process of selecting the important process re optimization.
Through combing and optimization of the original process, the key point extraction
transformation project, the process of curing each key point, proposed standards and
requirements for each node, give scientific and reasonable solutions, combined with
project management and quality management requirements, all meet the needs of S
company in the project.
