ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the electronic payments especially mobile
payment, people have changed the understanding of the traditional means of payment.
And the new method of payment has greatly facilitated people's trading behavior. For
the past few years, some decrees had been released gradually by China's Ministry of
Finance and State General Administration of Sport and Ministry of Civil Affairs and
People′ Bank of China. According to the decrees, lottery sales via the Internet is
prohibited, even the usage of credit card and deposit card in sales outlets for lottery is
limited. Under these circumstances, Sports Lottery of H city introduced electronic
payment for sports lottery sales-Alipay at the beginning of 2017 and WeChat next. In
this paper, the development course and application status of electronic payment are
reviewed first. The current situation of sports lottery operation in H city is analyzed
and the problems existing are pointed out after that. Then it focuses on the analysis
and research on the improvement of sports lottery operation in H city under the
condition of electronic payment, including the management improvement of H city
sports lottery management center and operation improvement of H city sports lottery
sales outlets and purchase operation improvement of lottery buyer under the condition
of electronic payment. Through the analysis of the operation improvement content
and the improvement effect, the paper gives the feasible suggestions on the operation
of the sports lottery in H city under the condition of electronic payment.
Research on the operation and improvement of sports lottery under the
condition of electronic payment is based on the current status of China's sports lottery
industry. Taking the operation of sports lottery in H city as the research object, it
deeply analyzes and discusses the improvement content and improvement effect of
sports lottery operation under the condition of electronic payment. The research
conforms to the trend of the Times. Relevant research contents and suggestions enrich
the sales payment method of sports lottery, simplify the sales process of sports lottery,
improve the efficiency of sports lottery service, and optimize the experience of lottery
buyers. It is a beneficial exploration to the development of sports lottery in China and
